1940 Beach House on Bayview: Heated Pool, Spa, Near Beach!
A six-bedroom, six-bath private home vacation destination with heated swimming pool and spillover spa that is located near the north end of Fort Myers Beach, just across Estero Boulevard from the Diamond Head beach resort and the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This home has three levels with two master bedrooms, and all guest rooms have en suite baths as well. Anyone who is planning for a large group or extended family will find this venue fits the bill perfectly! It's quite close to all the action of Times Square. Charter boats, jet-ski rentals, and parasailing are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry, or you can locally explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer, including the new Margaritaville Resort. A trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. This home has an elevator, multiple balconies, lower level bonus room with separate game room with ping pong and pool tables, a fully furnished lower deck around the pool and spa with outdoor shower, all enclosed by a privacy fence. As noted the lanai is nicely furnished, including a partially covered area, and a gas BBQ grill. Other amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, private laundry and all towels and linens are provided.
On arrival there is ample off-street parking, with one enclosed garage available for guests. There is beautiful tile flooring throughout, and décor is beachy/tropical. Enter via the garage with elevator to all levels, or up a few front steps then through the front door into the first level with its own living area, mini kitchen, laundry room and bedrooms. This floor has four bedrooms, each with en suite bath and king or queen-size beds, one with two single beds, flat screen TVs and ample closet space, its own living area with queen-size sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors out to a furnished covered balcony overlooking the pool and spa area, snack kitchen with mini-fridge and sink and many other balconies. The next level up has vaulted ceilings, a large well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, as well as the main master bedroom and one guest bedroom, both with en suite baths.
The large kitchen has plenty of granite-top counter space, large pantry and cabinets with all the items necessary to create full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a 5-burner glasstop range with convection and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a European style stainless-steel sink with disposal, and other kitchen appliances include a counter-top icemaker, Keurig and Mr. Coffee machines and a blender. The large granite-top island has four high-boy bar stools. The kitchen flows into the upper level living area furnished with a leather sofa, coffee table and two large leather chairs, another sofa with pull-out queen-size sleeper, and a credenza with large flat screen TV above. Extensive sliding glass doors provide access out to a large furnished balcony overlooking the pool and spa below, as well as a spiral stairs to the pool deck. Views include the Gulf of Mexico. Just adjacent to the living area is the large dining room with a table seating 10, with French doors providing access to a furnished balcony overlooking the front of the home.
The main master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser with large flat screen TV, and again sliding glass doors providing access out to the furnished balcony. The bathroom has a granite-top vanity with lavatory, large walk-in closet, commode and nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors.
