Everything is wonderful about the Lamplight Inn. The rooms, the food, the area, the atmosphere and especially the innkeepers Gene and Linda. The best people you could ever want to meet. We love it at this inn and will continue to go to it each and every year at least twice a year.

We had gotten married there 27 years ago and were back for the first time. The hosts were the same folks who were there when we married- Linda and Gene. They are so friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and the breakfast food and service were amazing. We’re thinking we might make this an annual visit!

Amazing Bed and Breakfast! Everyone is very friendly and the Inn is spotless. The breakfast was delicious and the homemade breads, cakes and muffins were to die for!! Can't wait to to back!

We celebrated our 35th anniversary at this beautiful bed and breakfast. The Inn was absolutely beautiful and the room was very clean and decorated with such attention to detail. The inn keepers were very friendly and hospitable. When Linda realized I had a little dog, she went out of her way to give us two harnesses that had belonged to her dog. Very thoughtful and kind. Finally the breakfast was
a 5 star treat. We will never forget our romantic stay at Lamplight Inn. Many thanks to Gene and Linda

This is a classic old fashioned Bed and Breakfast. Beautiful Victorian home. The breakfast is incredible and extremely filling. Kinda and Gene are fantastic hosts. We always stay in the main house. Be advised there is no elevator and all rooms are on second floor. If you can't climb stairs, you should book in the little cottage out back. It's nice to stay away from the tourist trap of Lake George! If you really need to go there, it's a 20min drive. We will definitely be coming back!
