Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 1.5 km long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, ferry "Isola del Giglio / Giannutri" 3.5 km, sandy beach 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km.
