The House was very nice and clean. We had 8 people staying with us and not one bed had a blanket on it and there were no blankets to be found. We reached out to the owner and his reply was "let me see what I can do, turn up the heat", he did nothing. Bunk Beds had a little fleece blanket that was paper thin. Turned up the heat, but did not help. It was chilly at night. We had to reach out to my sister in-law that brought us blankets. The house needs some personal updates, toilets, dinnerware as they were chipped, coffee cups chipped and there were only 7. We were left with 4 dishwasher soaps and washer machine soaps, not sure if that is because we were staying for 4 nights. No stock what so ever, paper towels etc. No dish towels, needed to use hand towels from the bathroom. Also needs more towels in each bathroom. There was no outside seating except for 2 chairs, grill needs to be replaced. It was a little inconvenience but as a family we did all we could do. Buy new dinnerware, cups, glasses, stock your bathrooms individually, grill, seating outside and make it someone else's home from home.

Location was perfect! My Mother celebrated 90th birthday and she lives around the corner from rental property.

House layout was great and gave us more than enough space. The kitchen and bathrooms were all very well equipped for anything we needed. The primary bedroom was very dark and needed brighter bulbs in the fan. The neighborhood was unfortunately undergoing some construction during our stay, and getting in and out was a little difficult. We enjoyed our time though and would stay again if we were in the area!

Great place to stay at! We were having trouble getting into the house and I contacted the owner and she resolved the issue with no issue! Clean house had everything that was listen on the website, will come back again!

This house presents well in that it has enough space for everybody. However as soon as you enter the house you get hit with a strong odor of urine. Couple things are missing from the property that would have been helpful such as cutting boards & a variety of cooking utensils... Nothing that could not be picked up from a local Dollar store. So that was not much of a big deal however, in the master bedroom it was infested with bed bugs! I was bitten up pretty badly the first night and I still have lasting effects a month later. When communicated with the Management group... It continued to get deflected and not been taken seriously. While their words seem sincere their actions were not! This was communicated the very first night to the Management group. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. My family and I ended up sleeping in different bedrooms and ultimately cutting our trip short by a day. This was very disappointing as we had waited all year to go on an anniversary trip. Communication between the manager initially was pretty quick at first, nothing ever came of it to resolve this serious matter. I requested to speak with a supervisor or the homeowner and was declined. Currently, my skin is still having reactions leaving my skin raised. I do not recommend staying at this property! They did not even refund the cleaning fee that they clearly did not use before we got there.
Very disappointed and I have never rated a home this poorly before. Do not stay here!

Overall decent experience. Had to change the sheets in master, they were stained. Master bedroom had significant amounts of dog hair behind the bed, and could see it bc the bed didn’t go all the way to the wall. Not very many towels. Good size house for the number of people we had. Everything else was fine.

We were really amazed by the look and features of the house. Was comfortable and easy to find. Looking forard to another vacation stay.

This house is great for large families. Close to Apopka, Winter Garden and Mt Dora with plenty of room to hang out.
