» You will have access to the parking area in the driveway (2 assigned parking spots) and the entire 3rd floor apartment. No shared spaces.

» You will have access to the fully-fenced in backyard with fire pit. The backyard is shared with the other residents at this property.

» The laundry is located in the basement and is NOT coin-operated.

» This is a 3rd floor apartment of a small multifamily family home. There is no apartment above this unit.

» Laundry is available for use on EVEN numbered dates only (2nd, 4th, 6th, etc.)
