This is a fantastic apartment in a great location in Cyprus. It has everything you need and lots of facilities on site. It's not far from some great restaurants, Paola & Luca were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly return to this apartment.

Very nice landlord with lots of support on restaurants, hot spots and help. Also the view from the terrace is great - esp. sunset in the evening.

We was in Cyprus in Luca’s house for the second time. The position in aphrotite hills is really good, there is a lot of attractions inside the village: you can ride horse, play golf, swim in the swimming-pull, do a nice trekking, play tennis, find good restaurant and do more other things. The house is really nice, spacious and very clean. The big terrace is amazing . You can eat and admire the sea and the sunset in the evening. The kitchen have all accessories that you can need. The check in was easy and really fast. Luca is really kind and available. Go in this amazing place.

Unfortunately we were not able to travel but Luca was very nice and tried everything for us to use the villa and would let our family and friends to use it. No one used it which was a pity

I was traveling with a group of friends and we all were very happy staying at Luca's apartment, spacious, clean, very good located and with a wonderful spacious terrace facing directly the Seaview and the sunset. Overall the apartment is fully equipped with all what we needed including good wifi, cable TV with many international channels, air condition, barbecue. The village Square with several restaurants and supermarket is at quick walking distance. Definitely a good choice, recommended, we will come back for sure.

Apartment is in excellent, quiet sea-facing location. Great sunsets. Well equipped for self catering, though an armchair to supplement sofa would be good. A couple of maintenance issues were addressed and resolved quickly and Luca is good at communicating. Good choice at Aphrodite Hills.

This was my third visit to the apartment. That ought to say enough! It’s situated on a beautiful resort, ideally placed along stunning coastline, with everything I need to enjoy my favourite parts of Cyprus. Or you can just come here, simply TO BE. Luca & Paola ensure that everything they can possibly do has been done to make your stay perfect, and in the unlikely event of there being something required, they are super quick to respond in a friendly way. There is actually no need to leave this apartment. The huge balcony catches sun all day and by evening the views are stunning. The balcony furniture is of great quality and inside is minimal but clean, comfortable and does the job. Chilly, stay at home evenings are no problem too with full English speaking TV! Great WiFi too. My home from home :)

Great well equipped comfortable apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal - near the airport, near to Paphos and easy to access surrounding areas. The Thursday Greek night in the village Kouklia is a must! It gives the opportunity to sample some traditional Greek Cypriot dishes, wine, entertainment and atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

This is our third year staying in Lucas apartment as a family with two young children and as previous years, it didn’t fail to impress. The whole process from the point of booking is simple and Luca makes great communication with arrival instructions ready for your stay making the whole arrival stressless. The apartment is very light, modern and spacious, it is also well kept and clean and very well equipped with all the essentials you will need. The sea views from the balcony are amazing and makes light work of enjoying the views with a glass of wine in the evening watching the sun set. The pool is a 30second walk and is well maintained and cleaned with modern shower and toilet facilities. Overall we have had another fantastic family holiday, so much so we have already booked again with Luca for 2019.

This is an excellent apartment with great communication and care provided by the owners. We stay regularly at Aphrodite Hills and will definitely return to this property. Having all day sunshine on the balcony is a real plus too!

Hi - the apartment was perfect. Plus 1 minute walk to an amazing swimming pool and a short walk to the Village - my kids loved the tennis and football that you can book. We got a car for 1 of the 2 weeks to explore more of Cyprus but there are really nice restaurants in the resort, plus bus & taxis is easy.

This is our second visit to Luca's apartment and he continues to maintain the apartment to a high standard whilst offering great value for money. It is in an ideal location in Aphrodite Hills which means you do not have to hire a car as you are only 10 mins walk from the Village Square with restaurants, supermarket ,coffee shop etc. If you want to explore the island then hiring a car gives you the flexibiliy and an opportunity to visit the many good restaurants in Pissouri, Kouklia. We had another great week and would not hesitate to book the apartment again.

This is our second stay in this apartment, and it wont be our last. It is spacious, has lovely views and is in easy walking distance of the village centre. We received a lovely welcome pack, with some really nice local wine. We think this apartment is very good value for money when compared to others on the same complex

For this first time ever, I can honestly say that everything to do with this property was perfect. I don't have a single complaint or niggle, which is amazing. The description is 100% accurate, and with all the photo's are exactly as described. The communications from Luca, the owner, were perfect and complete. We were kept up to date from the moment of booking until the day before arrival, with full instructions on the arrival procedure, the working of all the facilities, and the directions to get there. When we arrived, we got a phone call from Yannis (the onsite guy), who met us just outside the resort and drove us in. He explained everything, and was available 24/7 on the phone if we needed him. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and I don't think I have every stayed at a privately owned place that is so well equipped. We had everything catered for including, a huge fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, full over, and aircon in every room! Also, very strong wifi, and a Android TV (Kodi) box allowing us to watch English and many other channels of TV. What we really appreciated were the extra little touches, such as loads of towels for home use and beach. Dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, washing up liquid, detergent, and a bottle of wine and a bottle of olive oil! It doesn't sound like much, but these are the little things that make a difference and means you don't have to go any buy it! The apartment is very large for 2 bedrooms, has a massive terrace with sunshine on it all day long, and is only a 1 minute walk from the local pool (each "village" in the resort has its own pool). There are sunloungers, and table and chairs on the balcony, and huge sun umbrella's. There is also a small BBQ and washing airer. The resort itself is excellent, and I guess it will depend on what you are looking for. There is a golf club of course, and lots of activities for adults and kids alike. There is entertainment most evenings, as well as 4 or 5 onsite restaurants. Free wifi in the village square, as well as a Costa and a Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop. My only warning about the resort is that most things are way overpriced. My advice would be if you have a car, then use it to go out to eat and especially to do your shopping! Example: 1L Coke in resort: €3.85, in Papantonio supermarket: €1.15! In summary, this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and you won't be disappointed!

We visit Cyprus each year as my parents live out there and normally we stay with them, however this year we decided to stay in our own apartment as with 2 adults and 3 children we can be a little noisy! We arrived quite late but the meet and greet service was very good in welcoming us to the apartment. The apartment was perfect for us, very clean and spacious plus the views from the balcony were stunning - we enjoyed many relaxing breakfasts and sunsets! We were very impressed with the apartment and the support from Luca during the booking process and following our stay. I would definitely recommend the apartment and feel it is excellent value for money, we hope to book again soon.

The apartment was very spacious ,spotless and well appointed. A great location in Aphrodite Hills within easy walking distance of the Village Square. The large terrace was ideal to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day with amazing views to the sea. A great week with glorious weather.

Whether you come to Cyprus for the wonderful beaches, or for sightseeing, or simply to get away from it all, Miliou Apartment will provide the perfect base for your holiday. With just a short transfer from Paphos airport, the Aphrodite Hills resort is wonderfully placed for all the major costal towns, beaches or a mountain drive. Or like me, you can choose to forget cars for a while! I stayed here for 10 days and didn’t leave the resort, and with the village centre just 10 minutes away I had everything I needed on my doorstep. (There was also a regular bus service into Paphos from here). I was wonderfully surprised how large this two-bedroom apartment was and the large, south facing balcony was equally impressive. With a series of French doors along the length of the apartment, the views to the Mediterranean Sea were simply stunning, as were the sunsets. Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen with a generous American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Self-catering really was a pleasure here – and not a compromise where you have to ‘make do’ with what’s in the cupboards. Within the comfortable, spacious living area is a digital TV that REALLY DOES HAVE ENGLISH CHANNELS – not just one or two, so if you want to keep up to date with what’s going on at home, there is no problem. The TV also has a great selection of movies, including latest releases. There’s a nice, indoor dining table and a second outside table on the balcony, together with good quality, comfortable sun loungers and sun brollies. It is entirely possible (because I’ve tried it), to not leave the balcony all day and enjoy the sunshine throughout, ending the day with an al fresco meal, watching the sun go down. Despite it being adjacent to the back road in and out of the resort, the traffic is minimal and there were days I sat on the balcony and thought I could literally hear a pin drop! Lovely and peaceful! And at the end of the day the good-sized bedrooms provided comfortable bedding with great pillows (I usually struggle without my own!) Big tick for that! Good quality towels were provided too – both for indoor use and poolside, so save your precious luggage allowance for other things and leave the beach towels behind! There are two communal pools very close to the apartment – one about 2 minutes walk and the other about 5. Both lovely. Just a word of caution – for anyone with mobility issues, this may not be the apartment for you; it is on a first floor

Lovely large 2 bedroom apartment with fabulous terrace and sea views. Modern and Clean. Would suggest an extra sofa could be good as only one sofa seating two people not 4. did not bother us as we were only a 2 most of the time. We have a house in Zephyros village which was being renovated and we wanted to stay close by to oversee renovations. We would definitely return to this property if we need it again. showers are excellent and plenty of towels left. Free wifi was very useful and English TV was a god send in winter in the evening. Could do with some tiny bits and pieces as extras like small knife for veg peeling and more than 2 tea towels left but these are minor. We would definitely book again Petrina and Roy Foreman

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 6 year old boy and with a family member visiting half way through. Booking was so simple and Luca was very helpful along with the rep on arrival who showed us the surrounding area and how things worked in the apartment. From then on our holiday was great, the apartment was spotless, the TV entertainment was great for when it got to hot for littlen and the views from the balcony were amazing especially in the evening with a bottle of wine. We spent most days by the pool which again was very clean and even included a shaded area if it for to hot, and the views from the edge of the infinity wall were great. We liked the apartment so much we have already booked to go back next year.

We can recommend this property. It is very well-maintained, it looks accurate like the listning description. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we need and extras like an italien esspresso cooker the same I have at home. We enjoyed exspecially the big balcony and the gorgeous view. The amazing Golf course is very closed and there is a grocery store open until 21.00 if you arrive late. Luca the owner was helpful with Information. We really enjoyed our Holiday in Aphrodite Hill.
