La atención del chico de recepción es lo que destaco.

No había shampoo. El aire acondicionado súper viejo , hacia muchísimo ruido casi no pude dormir. El desayuno muy pobre.

La buena predisposición de todos los recepciones que tuvieron la proactividad de poder solucionar los problemas que tuvimos al ingreso y durante toda la estadía.

La encargada, Antonella (hija del dueño), nunca se presentó ante las eventualidades que tuvimos con la reserva y el pago del hotel. Todo fue una falta de respeto hacia las personas que trabajan en el hotel como hacía mi pareja y mi persona. Me solicito por privado suspender la reserva de forma gratuita, cosa que ya no podía, es decir quería que pago doble hospedaje con un monto de 45000 pesos al cancelar la reservación y un monto de 29000 pesos a posteriori. Por último, se comprometio conmigo a qué se iba a presentar a las 9 AM para solucionar el tema del pago y todas las desprolijidades ocasionadas por su falta de profesionalismo, y por tal características tampoco se presentó. Todo un horror, una experiencia indeseable para cualquier familia que tenga que ir a dicho hotel, y repito no por la gente que trabaja en ese lugar (que son todos unos amores), sino por su propia dueña.

The person in charge of the hotel was not able to provide me a receipt, besides the fact they didn't have us in their system ( an old book) on the first day, so we had to share a bedroom or stay on the street. The staff was really nice, but the person in charge of the hotel is the one who causes all the problems, and tries to solve them the way she wants, without hearing what the costumer have to say. She had no respect at all when I asked her for the receipt, and she treat her staff really bad, intimidating everyone around her even the costumers.

Kindness of most of the personnel. Location and facilities around the hotel. I enjoyed the view from the window of the room, since it is located in the corner.

Furniture are antiques, it is a pity they are not well maintained. The bad room had to be repaired during my staying, since I detected water flowing in the lavatory all the time. Towels seam have not be laundered correctly at all. The cleaning it was regular, just the macro. It is recommended in this pandemic time, that all switches, doorknobs, be cleaned perfectly. I found dirty on them. The breakfast was normal as usually it is in Argentina. I noticed during my first breakfast that the cup was shredded inside. . I had an issue at the checkout. The price requested in the front desk, was not the accepted in the reservation. The issue was solved after my claim. I recommend carry out the payment when you arrive to the hotel, and checking that the price is the same as the hotel offers in Booking. The hotel management control has very low level. Even when it is a cheap hotel, there many details should be taken in account to offer a little bit more comfort to guests.
