The house is beautiful, as well as the backyard. Great location and amazingly accomodating for children and pets.
Was a bit expensive for accomodation in Armidale just before Winter.

Fantastic looking accommodation, extremely clean & very comfortable. Large bedrooms/bathrooms & living areas with ample amenities. Quiet & relaxing & excellent communication from the owners. Highly recommend!
Wasn't quite close enough to city centre to walk to, however Aldi is very close.

Location was excellent, close to town. House was private, set back from road. Parking was easy. Great secure back yard for our dog.

Absolutely amazing! Property was exceptional, very clean and comfortable, everything was thought of and provided. This will be a regular for us with our daughter commencing boarding school in the town.

Armidale cottage is perfectly situated. The facilities were excellent, furnishings, are beautiful, well set out and comfortable too. We only wish that we could have stayed for more than 1 night.

Lovely 3 bedroom house, light, airy and open plan with convenient driveway parking. Parrots flying around in the back gardens of the houses. Plenty of toiletries, towels, tea towels and extra food items available in the larder. Peaceful and private garden with al fresco dining.
Wifi was a bit hit and miss and has been reported to the owners to help them resolve the issue.

We loved the house, the layout and decor were great. loved the high ceiling in the living area as well as the big screen TV. The beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent and very quiet.

Great location, short walk into town, pubs and restaurants. Very quiet cannot hear any road traffic. House well equipped with all you need. Well furnished with good sized bedrooms. Two queen beds very comfortable. Furnished to a high standard. Large TV a bonus.
The two single beds probably not suited to adults.

Excellent central location in safe and quiet part of Armidale. We were driving through after visiting family and will definitely stay again when travelling through. We really enjoyed having the extra room that you don't get with a hotel and seperate lounge and kitchen and especially that it was pet friendly. Nice and clean and off street parking too which is always a plus!
