Large room over looking the golf course. The kangeroos on the golf course at sunset was such a bonus.

Didn't stay long enough to have any negatives. We were only here overnight.

Loved the view of course and the staff in the restaurant were fabulous. Maybe there could be a couple of other options on the menu. I can't eat deep fried food or spicy. Maybe a fish option, not battered would be great. We would have loved it also if we could have had breaky looking out at that view.

Thicker bath towels, mine were so thin you could see through them.

Great location and the view over Normanville was stunning, particularly the sunsets

Most relaxing family holiday I have had in a long time,lots of activities to do at the hotel .Restaurant was good value ate there every night must book and sometimes lunch was had .Short drive to the beach but the view made you feel like your by the sea.I really liked the coffee van from the resort at the beach girls make the best toasties for lunch

we have been staying at this property for ten years, they used to offer daily room cleaning/servicing/towel & toiletries replenishments- they do not service the rooms at all no matter how long you stay. so for 3 nights, we had no clean towels, our bins were overflowing, ran out of toilet paper and the list goes on. we paid almost $900 for three nights with no room servicing?!? unsatisfactory- this is a hotel, not an apartment. won’t be staying again or recommending to friends and family.

An electric frypan or cook top would be ideal. The resort restaurant isn't open for dine in meals on a Sunday nor are many places open on a Sunday night for dinner options in town.

No cooking facility in the room. Bed was super uncomfortable due to it being 2 singles pushed together with no pillow top. Bed was on wheels which was annoying

The room was Awesome The Bed and Pillows was Awesome soo comfy Spa was a great size Views where beautiful

The restaurant was great food Friday night And very poor food Saturday night..

Lady Bay is convenient for us as we have family nearby. Kitchenette is useful for preparing small meals. Refurbishment of rooms, especially removal of carpet and addition of floorboards is good. Restaurant, bar on site is a plus when open.Views from rooms are lovely overlooking golf course and kangaroos. Pool is great in summer.

Despite being a 4 * hotel our rooms were not serviced for a 4 night stay. Restaurant was only open 2 nights for our stay. Perhaps these were temporary issues due to COVID / staff shortages. New sofas are very firm and are not comfortable as a sofa bed. If you are not a golfer, Lady Bay is a long way from good shops, restaurants, etc.
