I loved the apartment! Good location, nice interior with everything you need. The staff was so friendly and allowed me an earlier check in which was great. This will be my go to place to stay in Barcelona :)

This was a brilliant apartment just outside the gothic quarter in Barcelona. It’s a great location for all of the sights of the city and there are several metro stations near by. The apartment windows and doors are soundproof which means it’s quiet and peaceful despite the hustle and bustle outside on the streets. We loved sitting out on the little balcony too. The perfect accommodation and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Staff were friendly arriving very late to let us in after our flight was delayed.

Perfect location and generous space. in the heart of busy area, lots to see and near many restaurants and bars. have a real local vibe, which we love, easy to get around. bedroom was nice, living room was okay too, too many table for the space,it was no problems, but it could have been simpler.

the bathroom was very outdated and dirty. there are corners with rust and was not cleaned properly, it looked disgusting, water has little pressure. many review before us mention the bathroom is tiny, we were okay with the size but not okay with the dirty and rusty shower, sink, and just overall condition. staff were unprofessional. we booked a while back, they changed ownership and noone ever tried to get in touch with us. stating that they don’t have our contact details, which is not true cause i know we can communicate with hotel provider via booking.com app (we booked a property via booking.com all over the world and we use the messaging feature). they didn’t send us any check in information, we communicated last minute using WhatsApp and were lost with heavy backpack for 15-20mins, when we reached their office, they weren’t apologetic about it and just said, they took over from old company. as far as I am concerned, whether we booked with previous owner or new owner, as the operator they need to look after us, make sure we can check in. noone told us to go to the office first (15mins walk from the property) to organise check in. We checked out and went had the opportunity to stay nearby boutique hotel, which was very nice, professional and put us at ease

The hotel is located in a really nice area, close to alot of nice tapas restaurants, bars, beach is only 15 minutes away by walking. Very quiet at night even tho its in a busy area.

The hosts forgot to leave our key for us upon arrival and it was very hard to contact them. We had to wait for hours to recieve it. We did not get good service during the time.

The apartment is beautiful. we could cook there, beds are very comfortable, it was clean and the staff were amazing! They helped us with everything and were readily available by phone.

We felt uncomfortable to walk back to the property at night time.

The apartment was clean. The living room was a good size with good facilities. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was very small. We paid for a slightly nicer apartment but couldn’t tell at all what the difference between that and the cheaper one was. There was some lift maintenance and the drilling was extremely loud throughout the whole building.

Good size apartment for Barcelona within walking distance to many attractions.

Information on booking.com conflicts with information sent in emails/ text - reception open hours shorter than what is listed on the website - not all fees are included in price The apartment is not clearly marked, which makes finding it really difficult. If you map it from booking.com, it sends you place on the side of the building, but if you input the address in Google maps, it sends you to the other side of the building. The after-hours reception building is a 11 minute walk away, which is frustrating when you have baggage. The bed feels like a camp trailer bed. Not comfy at all.

Location is perfect! Apartment is comfortable and clean. There was no hair dryer, but they provided it when I asked, it was super nice.

Shower in the bathroom is very small, using it was really uncomfortable. Also would be nice to have some sugar, salt or coffee, tea in there, so dont need to buy everything.

Clean and comfortable apartment, roof terrace was fantastic. Excellent location for bars, restaurants, bakery, shops, Picasso Museum.

The area is very noisy, especially at the weekends, so take earplugs. The bathroom is tiny, if you're tall, you will struggle to sit on the toilet as it is inches from the wall opposite!

We asked for a cot for a >1 year old, got one that works only up to ~6 months. No other cots available. The keys pickup on a Sunday was quite far away from the apartment and from the weekday check-in location. This was only clearly communicated q few days before our stay. Generally the check-in experience was quite chaotic with many messages, emails and a couple phone calls. Keep it lean, please.

Well situated for travelling around. Plenty of places to eat & drink close by.

No air conditioning.

Extremely small apartment and is not comfortable to live in even for slim people. I was surprised but it was impossible to use a sink in the bath because it's so small. The floor was very dirty. I was charged for 25 EUR because of being late for 7 mins. Extremely expensive comparing with the quality. I would better book big and fancy apartment and spend only 8-10 EUR for taxi. The bed is super small and poor quality. I would never get back to this place.

We loved the terrace and how cosy the apartment was. Had everything we needed.

On the weekend it can get noisy from the square to early hours of the morning.

the price for the stay was way too high. for 4 nights I payed more than 800€ and the apartment was really really tiny (even it was advertised as one of the biggest), especially the bathroom. for this price I usually get a very nice hotel with breakfast. the thing is if the pictures would have shown the reality I wouldn’t have been disappointed (because I wouldn’t have booked it) but in this case it was really a downer. I am traveling a lot and I know what to get for 200/night…and that’s much more. sorry for the bad review, I thought long about posting that but I still feel some kind of deceived.

fantastic location central and walkable for all areas of interest ie beach , sagrada familia , la rambla , gothic quarter , and so many bars and cafes in on your doorstep. spent no time in the eixample area because it was such a “local” and authentic experience here.

very steep narrow stairs up to the apartment. but there was a lift so that’s fine. bathroom was very small but we knew about that before we got there so it wasn’t a shock.

Mariana at Inside Barcelona is a great host! her welcoming was super, getting keys and storing luggage was seamless and she gave us plenty of tips on how to enjoy area. flat was new, clean and comfy. El born its a great barrio :-)

Location is very good. Most of the objects to visit are easy to reach by foot. Many shops around. Staff who greeted us and guided to the apartment was very nice and polite. We found all we needed in the kitchen - from cutlery to even coffee machine.

Apartment is very cold. Heating system's usage in bedroom is not clear - control pannel with many buttons and no clue how to turn this thing on. The one in the living room - easy to turn on but barely working. You have to leave it on for the whole day for room to heat. Bed sheets had stains, as well as the mattress. Also, in the morning some personel came as to clean, but we were not informed that this would happen. Not a nice experience 🙈

The host is very friendly. The flat is very nice and clean. The location cannot be better! We enjoyed the area (El Born) with so many nice cafes, restaurant and local shops.

The building is extremely narrow! Taking the kinder trolley to our apartment was difficult (the elevator is also extremely narrow, making it difficult to enter with the kinder trolley, even folded)

Access to the apartment may not be fit for all. It is incredibly small and narrow. Elevator cannot fit more than 2 persons. Bathroom is also very, very small.
