it is calm and quite place, the rooms are huge

dinner is only served until 7pm, breakfast until 8.30am, they even started to clean up around 8am

The hotel is away from the town so perfect for some peace and quiet. The pool was nice, and the gardens well maintained.

The restaurant was not very good; not much choice, expensive and not very well cooked. And we were told when we could eat, not asked what would suit us. The hotel is too far to walk to anywhere else to eat out. The other rooms in the hotel were being used by a huge crew of workmen at the time we were there. They arrived in large noisy trucks at the end of the afternoon, left early in the morning with a lot of noise, and seemed to have eaten most of the breakfast choices! We were the only guests here at that time and yet we couldn t use the room till our night bus . We had to hang out in the common areas.

reception told us dinner until 7pm. then we arrive to dinner before 7 and they told us only sit in one table. Bad attitude of minimun staff and food disgusting. now they said breakfast only until 8.30. very noisy from 5 am couldnt sleep

Bathrooms and rooms old-fashioned and could use some renovation. Quite pricey for such an hotel.

Pool and outdoor spaces are an absolute plus to the experience. Bedroom really spacious, beds really confortable. Breakfast was great and the hours were excellent.

There was no kitchen service at arrival (8pm). No fresh water in the breakfast. Had to ask for a glass of water. Pillow was a bit too big, no other pillow options.

No coffee mugs in room even though there was a Keurig coffee maker.

The property, pool and breakfast were all great. The room was spacious and nicely decorated.

The outside (screen) door didn't shut properly and we had issues with the toilet.

Pool and gardens are beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. They organised really good trips for us.

cleanliness was very bad - the bathroom was flooded and brown dirt was all over the shower. the pool was also unusable because there was so much stuff in the water. we also ate at the hotel and the food was left out for a day and a half to rot. customer service didn’t help to resolve - very lacklustre.

Hotel located in a beautiful and quiet area. The swimming pool was also very enjoyable. The rooms were huge, especially the bathroom, and very confortable.

Very poor choices for breakfast.

Lovely facilities and the room was large, comfy and had air con! We loved the swimming pool and all of the places around the hotel to relax. The staff were friendly and the receptionist was very helpful arranging the flight over the Nazca lines and other excursions. We loved our stay here.

the staff was not good, the food is really bad, you dont have access to food during the day or evening after 7.

We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning so I can’t speak to much . It was clean, the staff we encountered were helpful and polite . The room was large .
