hard to get a sunbed around the pool unless you put a towel out early in the morning, lots of guests were doing this and disappearing for hours on end . Not enough seating inside and outside to have a drink in the evening.

location very good…3 min walk to Main Street; property and junior suite room was well maintained & very clean; room was serviced every day at suitable time to us; all inclusive buffet was good standard; snack bar food was fairly good option too; branded drinks available & included; good air conditioning in room, buffet restaurant & lobby area.

fever tree & Schweppes tonic water was all inclusive but not available at pool bars (only at lobby area bar); not enough staff serving at bars & staff was under a lot of pressure with customer queues. captain Morgan drink was not available. waiters were reluctant to replenish water bottles in buffet restaurant…had to ask & when did…took time giving it to you (though no problem getting first drink order with meal) and appeared they were trying to restrict the amount you consumed. No water bottles available for all inclusive to take back to room (could bring a glass of water each). bad smell of sewage at one corner of property when walking outside to/from your room. poor entertainment. food options were very repetitive. one English language Channel on tv. no sun lounger available on terrace…only two chairs & table. extra cost €2/day for room safe.

got 1 room with faulty air conditioner and 2 proper one. had to argue with staff several times till they tried to fix air conditioner but failed (they cleaned filters by putting them in watter not replacing….) once bad room was changed no more issues

The property was lovely. It was clean, modern and beautifully maintained.

the pool area has no atmosphere ! towels out every day & we could not get a sun lounger ! it shouldn’t be allowed! Ed only wanted an umbrella & lounger for a couple of hours but towels were put on loungers to hold all day ! The food was good but not very hot & no warm plates !! this would make such a difference to food that is only warm as prepared in advance! very poor wine selection !!!

2 lovely big pools, great location for bars restaurants and small beach well maintained gardens, trees.and pool areas

Breakfast was poor Chef couldn't answer if doughnuts contained egg (My son has a severe allergy) and carries an epipen Pillows were extremely uncomfortable Fraid towels in bathroom

The hotel was beautifully furnished, two fantastic pool areas and the bedrooms were really comfy and spacious with a lovely balcony looking over pool. The location was great just a 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was also really good - lots of variety and space to eat inside or out.

The only thing that let it down slightly is there was limited space to enjoy a drink outside on the terrae next to the bar area.

The rooms needs a little tlc as the walls are looking tired in places Don't let poeple hog sunbeds some didn't turn up till 2pm i wanted to throw the towels in pool people can be selfish I don't want to hunt for sunbeds on holiday there should be enough. Really need to be cleaning the bottom of pools as lots of debris
