Pas de frigo dans la chambre,dans salle de bain que le savons liquide pendu sur le mur,nous avons marchés pieds nues dans la chambre,ni petit bonnet de plastique pour protéger le cheveux pendant la douche

Extremely kind and service-minded hotel manager. Not only did he do everything he could to fix my car, as I was having trouble with my dashboard warning system (everything worked out fine in the end). He also invited my for pear schnapps in the evening. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Nice terrace just outside the room. Good Greek restaurant connected to the hotel!

Very comfortable bed and spacious, modern room with a great shower. Super friendly. Easy parking. Quiet surroundings and beautiful terrace and garden.

Have to reserve breakfast time. Make sure you're told where breakfast is served. Annoying ventilator LED blinking at night.

Room was very clean but there was only one towel each. This was remedied the following day. A very large room with plenty of space and a good size television. A bottle of water was left free of charge.

The room was basically furnished with only one chair. There was a very small wardrobe which would only be useful for a very short stay.

The rooms are large and spacious, and the hotel is right off the highway, so it's easy to get to. There is free parking outside which is convenient when travelling.

There wasn't anyone at reception when we arrived, and no one in the morning to check us out which was unfortunate. We wanted to know if there was breakfast as we were travelling a long way but couldn't find anything. There was no mini fridge in the room which was a shame as we had some sandwiches with us which went bad. And it was unclear how to manage the temperature in the room so we slept with the window open but that meant listening to cars on the highway and probably breathing in pollution. The top shower also didn't work which overall gave us not a great impression of the hotel. Especially for the money you pay, I wasn't impressed.

Warm welcome upon arrival and quick check in. Given hints and tips for travelling in to Heidelberg with recommendations for restaurants. Room was very quiet and just the right temperature. Comfy beds and good clean bathroom.
