The House was excellent! Very clean, very nice furnised and decorated, great outdoor area, big kitchen with all items and equipment that could be needed, big fridge and big freezer, two clean bathrooms. I can highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. We very much enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful place to stay. Very spacious with a lovely yard, stunning views and an occasional kangaroo or kookaburra stopping by. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The Main Street and gas station were less than 5 minutes’ drive down the road - super accessible. We had the loveliest time here and it broke our hearts to leave. Highly recommended for any family or group of friends planning to visit the Grampians!

Very minor - I had difficulties locking and unlocking the doors using the house keys. Not a big issue - just something I struggled with when we were leaving/coming back. Also the walls and floors are quite thin - when someone moves, the whole house hears it. But this seems to be a common thing I’ve observed across almost all my accommodations in Australia. I got used to it after a while.

The rooms were big and beds were comfy. There was also a big tv with Netflix connection. The backyard was large and had a great view.

Booking.com gave us a wrong pin but Ben was very helpful in giving us with the right pin.

Well designed house with quality finishes in a beautiful location. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

The low backless metal stools around the dining table were uncomfortable and not conducive to lingering at the table. this was surprising given the otherwise quality fittings. The cutlery was a little sparse and poor quality - we had to keep washing the spoons between meals as there were not enough for the six of us.

it was a lovely home, looked newly built, with a very well stocked kitchen. The location was great and visits by ducks in backyard. There was extensive provision of firewood for use in open fire. The blockout blinds were perfect, something we have at home but i have never seen in a rental previously

The property was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the slow combustion fire and having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms ( upstairs and downstairs) was perfect. Washing machine was handy. Very attractive outlook and great location. We could easily walk into the town.

Our only complaint was that the couch in the downstairs living area was very uncomfortable unfortunately, resulting in sore backs! ( We are all tall, so don’t know if that was a factor).

Perfect for what we needed, exceeded our expectations. Well stocked with supplies (kitchen, bathroom).

House was very nice, with everything we needed for our weekend. The place was clean and tidy with a great fenced in rear yard for little ones to run around.
