apartments were perfect. we were upgraded to apartments near the pool. spotless, very well equipped with everything you need for self catering including a washing machine. we were staying with 2 small kids and it was so safe. beach is 15/20 min walk. great bakery nearby, restaurants 10min walk. great price too,would recommend.

The location is perfect, Son Bou beach is a 5 min. walk from the apartment. Great communication with the office, Cristina was very helpful in all our questions. The appartment met all our needs. Kitchen utensils were clean and sufficient for 4 adults. Our visit was at the end of October, so the area was very quiet.

There is no air condition in the apartment, but we did not need it in October. In a high season it can be a problem, I believe...

Good location when we eventually found the property but we arrived on a public holiday. Good location for beach ( 30 minute walk), supermarket, pool and restaurant.and bus stop. Christina from the office was always very helpful and answered any quieries quickly but we did not meet her.

We were in the appartment for 8 days. We would have expected it to have been cleaned and the bedding changed during 8 days as quite a bit of sand accumulated on the floor and the bedding during the 8 days. There were no instructions in side as to how to put the electricity on, where to deposit rubbish and we had to ask neighbours . Luckily one of us is a Spanish speaker

Close proximity to pool , shops, restaurants etc. Apartment was clean and tidy and washing machine was really helpful.

Apartment and Gardens in very good condition in a well situated village resort, upgrade offered by carrier.

Lounger supplement for resort pool prevented us from fully using the facilities

Perfect for family holidays! We have found everything what we needed in tha apartament and it's location is a very pleasant place - Son Bou gardens. Next to the pool and the restaurant.

Area was very remote. The public transport was finished which means unless you had a car you would a problem getting around

Directions to apt could have been clearer. Taxi dropped us to the wrong place as there are several zones with the same apt numbers. Very clear instructions should be given using landmarks like the restaurant that was near our apt. zone. Had problems with the internet initially but it was fixed on the second day.

Great location, great view , great sourroundings and perfect for a relaxed holidays. We realised the appartment we initially booked had no A/C so contacted the host and asked if we could have one with A/C and after a couple of days I got the confirmation it was possible, I paid the difference and we got the apartment with A/C

Getting the keys was a bit disorganized, our flight arrived in the morning , so we told the host in advance and asked if we could check-in earlier. I understand this could not be confirmed in advance but when we contacted the host when we arrived , he said he did not yet know what time we could do the check in and it was likely it was going to be at noon . As we couln't stay at the airport due to covid rules, we went straight to the appartment and found out that the previous ocuppants were leaving ( at 9am) and the cleanears were there already. As we did not hear from the host , we had to contact him again , to get him to tell us the lock box code to get the key and the Wifi password at around 11 . The apartment was clean except for the shower glass and bath that was dirty , clearly it had not been deep cleaned for ages. We stayed for 10 days, and no housekeeping service . The towels were not changed , the bed sheets were not changed, and there was no cleaning or rubish collection day during that time. We had stayed in the same aparment complex rented through another company and we had all the housekeeping service, with a schedule , so we assumed this was going to be similar , but it wasn't.

Quiet location. Nice terrace. Comfortable enough for the family. Helpful host.

The kitchen is not well equipped with dishes. No spices, lighter, etc. Internet connection not stable.
