Great shuttle service from airport. Friendly staff and good location with restaurants and shops close. Even a heated outdoor pool that was very pleasant after a long flight.

The ala carte breakfast was superb (steak for breakfast!) and room was nice sized. Room service was also quick and quality of food was great.

We booked a king bed room with city view and balcony and were initially assigned to a ground floor courtyard room that walks out to the rear parking. On our request, they gave us another room and called it an "upgrade" when in fact it was the type of room we booked and paid for. Hotel also charges for slippers which was a minor turn off.

Despite being marked as do not disturb, house keeping still kept knocking

It's very close to airport. Lots of restaurants and café nearby. Staff are helpful.

One of the staff opened our door without knocking at 6am in the morning but then when he realized we were in the room he said was house keeping. But there is another house keeping service started at 8am. It's very unsafe we travelling with a kid.

Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful

Room needed fixing and an upgrade to be a 4 star. Had to open door with a shoulder push. Sliding door did not work properly. Rodent fecices all over ground floor balcony.
