Always something was missed. We called front desk to supply the missed things. Sometimes wait up to half an hour.

The pool was nice.

Sofa bed was terrible, uncomfortable and unclean. When we took the cushions off toe nails fell from them! The toilet didn’t work.

I had to chase down a cleaner in order to get fresh towels and clothes for the second morning, we left our room at 10.30 am am and did not return until approximately 5.30 and yet no one had cleaned our room. Our air conditioner did not work and we went to the desk, I watched the girl call maintenance but when we returned to our room that evening the room was still hot as they did not fix it.

Notre climatiseur a coulé et était bruyant parce qu’il était désuet. Le chromecast était défectueux dans la chambre de nos enfants et nous avons dû nous-même trouver pour le personnel la solution d’aller en chercher un dans une autre chambre libre qui fonctionnait. Résultat, pas de films pour nos enfants le premier soir. Le personnel était très gentil, cela dit, mais aurait pu proposer des solutions plus efficaces (on nous a proposé de changer nos enfants de chambre… seuls. Ce n’est évidemment pas envisageable) et plus rapidement. Par ailleurs, il semble que, dans les circonstances actuelles des changements climatiques, d’offrir aux clients des tasses jetables pour le café durant le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très discutable comme choix. Pourquoi n’offrir des vraies tasses qu’aux clients qui commandent à la carte? Le personnel du restaurant était irréprochable, mais le buffet était ordinaire (œufs secs et pain doré également, par exemple). Notre séjour a donc été correct, mais pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

The restaurant is great and access to the gym was good to. I really like the rooms do not have carpet.

Most everything was great. The beds were good but I prefer a more firm mattress. I wish the window opened for fresh.

The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant with all the windows, wow! Very clean room and everywhere in the hotel. Staff was very nice.

We couldn’t work the Chromecast to watch Netflix and there was no guide for the tv channels.

The location is very good

There is dust everywhere, the bathtub is covered with dust and dirt, and the tissue box is also covered with dust. The smoke alarm in the room kept shining green. At first, I thought it was a camera installed. Although there were windows in the room that were not ventilated, I could only rely on the machine. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The most ridiculous thing is that the water was cut off early in the morning. We communicated with the customer service many times and gave up washing our faces and brushing our teeth, so we went out and washed our faces in the bathroom of the mall. It was so funny. How could this happen? After that, I read the comments of other guests before, and there was also a water outage. I really don't understand. I never give comments on hotels. This time it's really speechless.
