Continental breakfast was adequate. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful. Location was walking distance to the water and a nice park. Convenient to restaurants and shops.

A lot of construction going on outside leaving parking inadequate

From the moment we walked into this hotel, we were impressed. Friendly welcome from the receptionist, and we found our room to be well-presented. Very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was spotless. Large TV straight opposite the main bed. We ate at the neighbouring pub, and would recommend this to anyone, because the food and drink there is excellent (huge portions) and a discount is offered to hotel guests. Breakfast is good -- but any place that has a make-your-own waffle-maker gets my vote! Great location for the waterfront area, too.

The car park is a little bit tight, but I think this will improve as the significant waterfront development in Orillia progresses. This is a very minor gripe, though.

I loved the front entrance with the living room and breakfast area with tables to sit at.

Not easy to take your luggage in if you have alot. Not always a parking spot in behind.

Front foyer was nice. The bed was comfortable.. there was a fridge in the room...

We were not happy with the room...too small access to our room was difficult..we had no access to parking...we felt that we did not get the value for our dollar...advertising said we were waterfront ...we were not waterfront. There was not a space for two people to sit in the room, one had to sit on bed and one had to sit on chair at desk. Not very comfortable.

Breakfast had a good variety. Location was prime. We didn’t drive at all for the 3 days that we were there. We walked everywhere.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel is excellent with respect to the lake, restaurants, shops.

The room was a little small. The mattress on the bed was too soft for my wife.

It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.

Something fresh for breakfast ie muffins, croissants etc ...not things wrapped in plastic that were several days old. I would pay more for better coffee too.

The staircase is a bit of a hazard, and when pointing it out to the staff, there was not much of a reaction. Breakfast and breakfast space were disappointing. Some packaged oatmeal, cookies, and yogurts in a mini fridge. Seating area in the hallway.

The pillows and beds we exceptionally comfortable, we both were very impressed with the pillows and beds. The hotel was also only a few minutes walk from my appointment.

Need more variety for breakfast but still pretty good
