All of the staff were awesome. Everyone from the front desk to the woman running the lounge to the housekeeper could not have been more helpful.

The room is okay, one lighting bulb was off, maybe the cleaning staff could have changed it before giving us the room.
The breakfast system is hilarious. You have to give a breakfast voucher to the unkind lady in the breakfast room which is 10 meters from the check in desk. But you cannot get the voucher upon check-in, you have to ask it in the morning at the desk and bring it with you to the breakfast room. WHY?!

The beds are incredibly comfortable! fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room. Breakfast is alright, buffet would be better. Pool area is well kept and clean. The staff let us have 30 mins extra in the pool, that was nice of them!

Check in went well, front desk staff were friendly and prompt. There was lots of parking available out front. The beds were made and most of the room appeared to be clean.
There was hair all over the ceiling in the washroom and some yellow stains... there was also hair and debris in the disposable coffee cups in the room. The hot tub was luke warm bath water with no way to increase the temperature.
