The property is in a superb location, overlooks the foals and you can sit in a chair and just simply watch the water pouring over. That said, my comments referred to the fact that I splurged out on a “junior presidential suite “”, Room 1921 if you get the chance. It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny since I probably won’t be back again. They took an extra 20 minutes checking me in after the declared 4 pm, but I was immediately given free parking in compensation.

The food was terrible. I had breakfast in their restaurant and I don’t think I have ever had such greasy cold buffet food. The bacon, potatoes, and beans could already only be spooned onto a cold plate before finding out that around the corner, you could only obtain a fried egg by asking for one which was then cooked from scratch well you stood stupidly with your food cooling even more and the fat congealing The final plate just had to be pushed away. The next day, I found an eatery literally two minutes away which was super. I suggest you don’t eat here.

We have stayed here several times. The quality has worsened each time we stay here. It's always surprising to me that booking through the hotel directly can be up to $200 more per night so again we used Booking com. They were down to 2 elevators which made for horrendous wait times, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The pool and area needed a major cleaning. In our room, the toilet had hair on the seat and the bathroom door and floor were absolutely filthy. They would not let us cancel our second night without charging us for the full rate so we stayed. Our 2 nights cost a total of just over $700. This is the new way of today. You pay astronomical prices and receive sub par quality in return. It's like this pretty much everywhere in the Niagara falls tourist areas now. It's unfortunate. It's not the worst place we have stayed in the area, but it's definitely not the best. Rooms are decent layout, beds and pillows are comfortable. That's about it.

Alte und in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer in einfachster Ausstattung Man weiß, dass die meisten Menschen nicht wieder kommen deshalb kann man diese völlig überzogenen Preise für eine max. als gut zu bezeichnende Unterkunft berechnen. Zimmerpreis 700€ pro Nacht + 45 CAD Parkplatz

Wir waren 2 Nächte da, die Zimmerreinigung war leider suboptimal. Das auf das Zimmer am Vortag bestellte Frühstück war unvollständig, es wurden Posten abgerechnet, die weder bestellt noch serviert wurden. Dies wurde bei Reklamation korrigiert.

Haben in den oberen Etagen gewohnt. Traumhafte Aussicht. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Ausstattung mit Allem, was man braucht. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und täglich abwechselnd.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer bei Bezug müsste bei der Preisklasse besser sein (Flusen/Haare auf dem Boden). Bei dem Zimmerpreis sollte das Parken incl. sein(Tagespreis 39,- Can$ für Außenstellplatz!); Abzocke. Von den beiden Fahrstühlen in die oberen Etagen war über alle 3 Tage nur einer betriebsbereit, der dann auch noch vom Reinigungs- und Servicepersonal den ganzen Tag über benutzt wurde. Dies führte zu teils sehr langen Wartezeiten (Spitze 15 min!).

Spectacular! We stayed on the 30th floor with a spectacular view of the falls. It is one of the images that you will never forget in your life. The attention of the staff and the conditions of the hotel are excellent. I would repeat it again and again.

The view was phenomenal. We had a falls view room and it was beyond beautiful during the daylight and during the night. Hotel staff were also very friendly and very accommodating

We were not able to check in to our room until almost 6 due to housekeeping. Not sure if the people who were there before us trashed the room, or if housekeeping were just dragging their feet. I’ve never had that problem before. Only remedy to the situation was a later checkout time (pushed from 11am to 12pm) and a voucher for a free buffet breakfast that morning, which we had to leave before breakfast was available so we couldn’t use the vouchers or take advantage of the later checkout time

The room had a baby powder scent to it. Not my preference but if someone was sensitive to scents, keep this in mind.

The duvet was very crinkly and made a lot of noise when moving. The bed was comfortable though.

Buffet breakfast was not great. Great service but the food was more of a Continental breakfast.
