Beds were very comfortable. Location was right off the highway. Good breakfast.

it’s a bit noisy with traffic from the highway right beside it but if you keep the windows closed it was fine.

Front desk lady was very helpful by holding my room.. I was downtown and was going to be a little late.. Only thing is they vacuum too early in the morning.. . Breakfast was good and glad they had lactose free yogurt

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great variety including hot items (scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, make your own waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee/hot chocolate/mocha/etc machine, juice, yogurt).

vending machines weren’t working so we could not buy water even when we asked the receptionist to help us out we couldn’t get water and nobody offered us water either. we were thirsty all night having the drink out of the tap

The rooms could have been designed quieter. we could hear the alarm clock from the room next door and thought it was ours !

Its was located close to where we were going so that made the stay great and convenient. Having access to a pool and exercise facilities was a nice addition as well.

There were a few things we didn't like but it was more or less caused by the outside influences of other guests. The rooms could use some updating. For example some touch up paint spots were different colours. Small thing but noticeable.

We liked most things here. The room was nice and comfortable for us and our two small children. Fridge was great, and the Keurig was a nice item. Bathroom was spacious as well. The pool and hot tub were well enjoyed and so was the small work out area. breakfast was okay, definitely could of been worse. The receptionist, Shaunice was amazing!! We loved that the vending machine was well stocked with so many options and at $2 per, felt good to have a reasonable pricing snack. The complimentary soap and shampoo were actually great compared to other hotel rooms we have stayed in.

Well, the bathroom is quite dated, the ceiling in the bathroom has water damaged and is flaking which wasn't a pleasant look. Water pressure for both toliet and shower are weak. Cleaning on the bathroom sink wasn't well done at all unfortunely. The gym could of been more spacious as its very hard to work out comfortably with more than one person. Lastly, Breakfast restock was very slow. The only issue is the waffles kept getting stuck on the maker because we either didn't have spray or the worker demanded only one spray which didn't do anything but make the waffle stick to the maker. Sunday all the croissants and pastries had burnt bottoms which was unpleasant to eat, maybe more attention or scrap them?

Very good customer service. The pool area was great. Hotel is located near everything youd need.

The hot tub was too hot to get in to more than just your legs (everyone in the pool area when we were agreed) and the jets were weak.

The chain lock that was hanging off the wall, the burnt-out light, house keeping that did not take the used towels in the bathroom, no pad or pen in the room, and a very noisy hockey team for 2 of our nights
