Vasca idromassaggio in stanza, bella l’idea ma non era pulita e quando ho messo l’acqua è comparsa tipo della sabbia. Ho rinunciato ad usarla. Anche su lenzuola vi era un segno di rossetto

Pulizia stanza e vasca idromassaggio che mentre si riempiva emergeva come della sabbia sul fondo. Ho evitato di usarla

We left the hotel and a few hours later I realised I had left my credit cards and bank cards in the room. We contacted the hotel and they retrieved them for us and forwarded them on to an address in Vancouver where we were staying. First class customer service.

The bedroom was perfect for us and our baby. The housekeeper and the man receptionist were very nice.

Rooms are a bit small (unless it’s a corner unit) and are getting a little tired and needing a refresh, however I wouldn’t want that to increase the price.

This property is in a great location and is very good value. It is also dog friendly!

The location is really nice, the room was clean (standard studio) all you need to cook and fridge is fine also they have a coffee machine
The check in is too late, 4 pm. Maybe try to change to 3 pm and the check out at 10 am is also early

cleaning staff were excellent. Location is good, easy walk from busses and Vancouver coach. Beds are nice and sheets are super clean.
Lobby is extremely small and old. Staff is ok - everything costs extra. By default - there is no daily towel and sheet replacements. The lobby has a small snack centre which is highly priced.

Spent our honeymoon here and we loved the location, such easy walks into both villages and gorgeous scenery surrounding the property.
I love that all the rooms have a hot tub and fireplace, and the room we selected had a mountain view and lovely balcony with 2 seats and a wee table.
Such excellent value for what you get. You cannot find a deal like this anywhere else in Whistler....
Nothing to complain about here, but I'd love to see hot chocolate packets included in the complimentary drinks in the room. (I drank all the tea!)

It’s a classic style hotel, aged but well maintained, the premium studio had everything that we needed, everything was working and staff was very friendly, we loved whistler village, hopping to be back soon!!

The location was great.
When we arrived we were informed that we had to pay extra for parking. The parking lot is very small and impossible to park in. On our balcony we found a lot of cigarette stubs. I took a picture and reported it the only answer was thank you for telling us it’s ok. It is not okay for us to find that on our balcony it is disgusting and dirty.
