Breakfast and location was perfect
I taught my booking came with a bathtub in the room. This was not so even tho that is what was advertised..tried to up grade at the hotel but was unable to.

We checked in around 11pm. There are another customers. They just next to our room. The talked so loudly. We could hear their laugh and talk. The room is not so soundproof. We did not sleep well almost the whole night

Friendly staff, quiet building. Workout area. Free parking. Good price, bed and bathroom were clean. Good breakfast.
Hallway carpets looked like they could use a freshening up with a steam clean. Style seemed dated (ie. Lamp style, some spots of ripped wall paper)

We had a great breakfast and a kind, customer focussed older lady replenishing the food and cleaning tables quickly.

Great location, my friends and I enjoyed meeting together in the lounge area
WiFi coverage was completely inadequate! I was unable to participate in a work meeting because the connection was unstable or lost throughout the meeting.

the hallway walls are old and the paint is old and cracking. the carpet looks old. I wish they can renovate some of the old things in the hotel. otherwise, it was a pleasant stay

Staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean.
Walls are thin - I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring.
Weird stains on the carpet in the room. Beds creaked a bit. Hotel is a little run down overall.

We couldn’t eat breakfast one morning because it was very busy and when we finally got to the front of the line there was no plates and we were in a hurry. The lady was busy stocking other stuff and not the plates.

I like the cleanliness and comfort they give with their accommodation and the close proximity of restaurants and the blue mountain.
Would prefer to have more variety of food with their complimentary breakfast such as pancakes and bacon. Don’t just stick with the same breakfast food choices every day.
