The front desk ladies were awesome, I thought I left my cell phone in room, she run to room to check for me, I found it later in my car, but I am very grateful for her effort
The bed and comforter are very clean and we had a deep sound sleep!
The swimming pool looked a little milky, not crystal clear, they might need to have new water more often

I like that this is so close to Starbucks and Evil Dave's Grill. Best combo.
I had arrived at the hotel for a business event for 2 nights. My first night was an absolute nightmare - being woken up twice between midnight and 1 am by the noises of a group of travelers that had been partying. Needless to say, my sleep was broken and affected my overall rest. It was horrid. I had to call the front desk to complain in which they mentioned they will send up a security guard. Not sure if that made any difference because i got woken up again. My only solution to an actual night rest before my big day was having my headphones on.
Earlier in that evening, I had called to have my bed sheet changed out as I found a stain and a strand of hair. The staff member was kind enough to bring a new sheet , however, I was surprised they didn't attempt to change it out for me. Service 101 - fail. Perhaps it isn't in the policy of the hotel housekeeping staff to do so. However, I used to oversee large lodges and housekeeping staffs are required to complete their duty by changing it out for the guest.

Fitness room was big and well equipped, big room and guest laundry was quick and easy to use.
The pool was really nice however at times there where a lot of kids and when having a room towards the inner side of the hotel, it was really loud.

Clean and modern.
Nowhere to store clothes. Needs set of drawers. Missing bedside table on one side of bed.

Staff we friendly and cooperative and helpful. Room was clean. Location was good as well.
You really need to get your TV setup fixed. Channels didn't line up with the numbers. No GUIDE available. Bit of a downer.

Comfortable beds. Nice lounge
I was located near a storeroom. For a couple days they were there making a lot of noise for some time when I was trying to rest. I also didn't like not having a window to the outside.

We stayed in the alpine wing, the place was awesome , superclean and smell new.
Its only has 1 pool area and kinda small for a huge hotel.

Forest Park Hotel has a really kind staff that is very supportive. Possible to park the big car there. Comfortable beds, I would recommend to everybody.
The price could be a little bit lower. It was our most expensive accommodation in Canada....but yeah, we know that it is because of the location!

This is the worst room in my travel experience hands down. It is so bad and this will be my first comments for any hotels so to warn other travelers DO NOT STAY HERE! 1.The Atrium room I stayed smelled awful. The window can't be openned, it smelled like wet cave with rotten wood. The foul smell was too strong and I felt a headache and a sore throat the next morning. 2. The air condition makes loud clanking sound every few minutes when it starts. It woke me up at 1am and kept me awake for at least an hour. 3. During that 1 hour, with the pungent smell and clanking noise, I was even consider to sleep in my car the rest of the night if it's not that cold! I started to look into other customer reviews about this hotel and found hundreds of customers complained about the smell in Atrium room. The next morning when I complained to the front desk about my terrible experience and the staff offered to get someone to spray the room and said she never heard of other complains about the room smell. Guess they don't read customer reviews! I even remember some reviews that mentioned that the hotel sprayed the room after the smell complaint but it didn't work. How can they continue to rent this type of rooms out with so many smell complaint and claim it meets the standard! I would wish I had brought my air quality device to test the Atrium room. I wish the hotel read customer reviews and truly act on the root cause of the smell instead of just offering spray to try to temporarily cover it up.

Shower was awful, air conditioner was loud , couldn’t adjust it…..saw a mouse in the dining area,

The location is great and the view from the entrance is amazing. Access to the hotel from the highway is also easy. Decor is nice with a rustic, tree house vibe.
Corridors and rooms felt a bit old, but they were fairly clean. Toiletries were awful. No microwave in the rooms.
We were here when a snowstorm took out the power and they didn't seem to have any backup, so we were without any electricity for a while.

carpets were not very clean and the room had some bad odour

The new style apartments are great, very stylish and comfortable. The kitchenettes had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus as were the outdoor fire pits. The food in the restaurant was all very good and reasonably priced.
It's roughly a 20 minute walk to town, we had great weather so it's quite a nice walk but it's a bit too far if you're tired after a long day of hiking.

The fire pit outside. The staff in the restaurant and reception were very helpful.
When the room was freshered up when we were out, no dirty glasses were changed.

Clean, quiet location at the edge of town with good food
Interior pool and hot tub not relaxing or quiet environment

Location.
On the third floor everything smelled soo bad. Because of the chlorine coming from the pool and chemicals they use, the third floor had a high concentration of those things in the air.
When I tried to open the window to get some fresh air I realized- our window opened to the indoor pool and we got even more pool air. My throat started to irritate.
When we went to the front desk they suggested us to pay extra 60 dollars to get the room with the access to the outside air. Which we did in order not to poison ourselves.
My questions: 1) Why in the description we didn't see that there wouldn't be the access to the outside air. 2) When was the last time the third floor was inspected by OHS or other regulatory bodies?
The room was ok itself. Bathroom wasn't clean.
When we went to the hot tub- it was full of chemicals which irritate your skin.
When we went to the sauna- there were a lot of empty bottles and terrible smell.

How it was in Jasper
it was outdated , the rooms were old feeling and pricey just because it was Jasper

check in was easy. the room was clean and comfortable. great atmosphere throughout the hotel.
I didn’t have any k-cups for the keurig, but I had brought some from home. I’m sure they would’ve stocked mine, but I didn’t have to ask. The restaurant overcharged for an item on my bill vs the price on the menu. I brought it up. they shrugged and didn’t change it. a little odd.

Beds were comfortable.
Location across from the rail line causes some train noise throughout the night.
Odd chemical smell (?chlorine) in the room, possibly from the indoor pool area.
We were placed in the old Hotel section, if it matters to you, specify a room in the new hotel units, not the older ones.

The constant fire outside was nice.
The smoking policy is not accurate. To far from down town, was the furthest hotel away. We couldn't use the balcony, which was one of the main reasons we wanted the room. There wasn't a microwave in the room and when we asked for one we were told we should of booked a room with one. Even though there is no option for one. Room floor was very creaky. The room was smaller in person than in the pictures. Very disappointing for the amount we paid!!!!!! Do not stay here!!!
