Location was fantastic both to Chinatown, Downtown and the Old Port. The gym and pool were good, reception area was spacious and relaxing to wait in. The koi pond adds a lovely ambience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially Pierre Kay who checked us in early and gave good recommendations for food.

The room was clean, adequate and comfortable enough but could do with a refurbishment. The carpet looked old and dated. The instructions for the coffee machine was easy to follow but it would have been good to have had more coffee pods instead of just one regular and one decaf. Also some milk or cream rather than dry creamer would have made the coffee drinkable. A small kettle for hot water for tea would be preferable as water from the coffee machine tastes like coffee!

Proximal to the conventional centre

Two queen bed was originally booked. Instead received a king size bed .A/C was too loud.

Very comfortable hotel in a location with easy access to Chinatown and Old Montreal. Staff were friendly, room was good. We had the swimming pool to ourselves. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Car park was relatively expensive.

Hotel was really nice & clean & staff were very helpful & friendly. Beautiful foyer with swimming fish, very nice.

Breakfast was included in price but restaurant told me as my son was over 11 I would need to pay additional 37 CAD per day. Reception staff sorted this quickly & refunded the charge. Parking was additional 30+ CAD per day.

Perfect location around Montreal downtown, metro station and old port. Several nice places nearby to eat specially the proximity to China town was amazing. Unique lobby with large area of water and fish was very relaxing to see.
