Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch. Die Auswahl an Brotbelag war gering. Ich würde es unter der Berücksichtigung, dass wir in Amerika waren als mäßig bezeichnen. Mit europärischen Maßstäben gemessen war es bescheiden.

Das Schwimmbad im Bereich von Empfang und Frühstücksraum. Es wurde nur von Kindern und Jugendlichen genutzt. Der Lärmpegel war hoch und störend.

Breakfast was not included in the price, which I thought was excessive for a niche in an unremarkable room

I paid 250 dollars for a room with a peeling ceiling, a very average bathroom without a tub, the bed had hair on it and also the air conditioning was activated every two hours making a very loud noise that lasted about 10 minutes, which made me I couldn't sleep all night, it is not a hotel to rest in, also the room is as average as that of a 2 star hotel but with the price of a 4 or 5 star hotel. It did not include breakfast. It did not have only 1 elevator enabled and we had to wait more than 15 minutes to take it, the carts to load suitcases were busy, we had to load the suitcases alone. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Staff are nice, my room was good size and clean for me. It’s gives me a lot of comfortable feelings.

The breakfast was advertised as included in the room rate on booking.com. Holiday Inn gave the vouchers for the breakfast after I asked , they did not have it on record as including breakfast. It seems the information was not accurate on booking.com

Location of the hotel was good. Some of the stuff was really positive and helpful.

Expected to have a better breakfast and more working elevators (only one of them was open for customers, thats why we waited a lot to use the other elevator). Also receiving a better response to our pre booking message instead of an out of office one would be better. Last but not the least one, the first day we got in to our room, there was a significant hummidity smell. Btw, the windows are not openning. The only support that the reception gave was to tell us to open the A/C.
