Staff were great and helpful, bed was comfortable, room was clean, nice location with ample parking available.

Generally Canadian hotels are over rated, never a good value for money compared to hotels on the other side of the Atlantic despite the hotel has “by Marriott” logo. Breakfast buffet needs improvement, Was unable to connect to hotel Internet. no EV charger (only regular 110v outlet for free).

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The boardwalk is quit comfortable to walk or bike. The staff is very friendly. They are at your beck and call if and when needed .I give it a 11 out of 10

For our stay the only dislike was It wasn't long enough. My wife didn't want it to end. I think you spoiled her lol

Perfect base for a stay in Gravenhurst, right by the lake and at the end of the lakeside boardwalk. Large suite which meant plenty of room for our 17 year old daughter on the sofa bed in the sitting room. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the breakfasts and we enjoyed having the pool and gym available (some of us made more use of these than others!) Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
