The place was quiet. The manager was kind. The bathroom was clean. The beds are firm.

Contrary to what was advertised on booking, there was no option to have a baby bed. We had to arrange our son to sleep between us and had a bad night. The place was clean-ish, but not under the beds or other corner places. Dishes were not really clean and still on the dish rack. The place overall needs renovation, many paint flakes, cigarette hole in the bed covers, mattresses and beds are overworn, radiators rusty, etc.

We hadden een last minute slaapplaats nodig en ze hadden een kamer vrij. Nu weten we ook waarom.

Wat een smerig en uitgeleefd hotel. Gebroken stoel in de kamer, betwijfel of het beddengoed schoon was en de badkamer was gewoon goor. Veel te duur, we hebben er alleen geslapen als last minute booking maar nooit weer.

the heat ran constantly, we had to go buy fans to cool our room down just so we could sleep. The people running the place are rude and we had to call and ask for clean towels to shower every day and then wait for up to an hour to get towels, two days we didn’t get any even after asking and had to use hand towels to dry off with. our room was not serviced once while we were there. we took out our own trash and purchased toilet paper because we ran out. we have stayed at this location before and it was great, this time it was the worst stay ever. people live in some of the rooms and act like your doing something wrong if you sit outside. not friendly and not clean. if we hadn’t paid in advance we would have gotten another place to stay. I would not ever use this location again. -1 for a rating.

There was no breakfast. I booked hotel and nobody at hotel to help. I called and called and it took 40 minutes for a callback. First room had stains on sheets/pillowcases and hair on the sheets (didn’t seem to be washed). We had to move rooms. Manager was calling booking.com so our rate could be adjusted. Don’t let us book a hotel late at night if nobody is awake to get us to a room. We need a full credit. Please confirm. [email protected]. The hotel looked closed. He said the guests do not have cars which is scary.

See above. There was nobody at front desk to help us and nobody answered phone. I got a phone call back in 40 minutes. We were already leaving town.
