De kamer indeling is top! 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer. Ideaal om te reizen met een gezin met tijdverschil.

We komen al meer dan 15 jaar enkele keren per jaar 1 a 2 wkn in dit hotel. Helaas zien we de kwaliteit steeds iets minder worden. Het meubilair en de vloerbedekking zouden echt vernieuwd mogen worden.

Room and surroundings were cleaner compared to our last visit. Breakfast was filling and taste good. Parking was ample and not cramped.

We encountered minor issues, which could have been dealt if there was a better communication amongst the hotel staff. We were informed during our check in on a Saturday that breakfast is at 7AM for the next day Sunday, yet a staff told us that they usually open at 7:30AM while getting our food around 7:10 AM. Posted check out time is 12PM in our room, but our booking and their website says 11AM, husband had to go down to ask front desk to verify since the phone in our room wasn't working. He was asked if they wanted someone to check the phone for us but my husband told them to have the phone checked later as we are about to check out in few hours, but a staff was knocking at our door while we were catching some more sleep. It may have interrupted and confused us during our short stay but it's not a major deal breaker. One major issue we encountered was we can hear the other room's shower/washroom whenever they use it, which was close to midnight.

Breakfast (especially when the weather allows to have it outside in a cousy yard with flowers), swimming pool, the room itself.

A/C is very loud. There were only 2 chairs in a room for 4 people. Improper ventilation in the bathroom, nowhere to hang 4 towels. No way to switch off the light in the microwave (it is always on).

Staff are all so nice and accommodating! Very responsive and attentive. The king sized bed is so comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean. Wonderful to be able to cook on the hot plates, use the microwave, full fridge and dishwasher. Quiet location and hotel. Feels like home! Went for walks in the community. Close to Hwy 7 and the DVP.

Outlet by the hot plates not working. Had to swap out some items in the kitchen drawer such as the bottle and can openers. Toilet is dated and not so powerful on a flush. Pool looks dated and uninviting. Hot breakfast is the same every morning. The elevator stalled while I was going up. Luckily we were able to get to the ground floor and report the issue.

Cleanliness of room. Room needs updating. TV channels too little.

I was amazed at how nice the suites were and how completely stalked with everything you needed they had an amazing bbq area for guests to use and a beautiful outdoor seating area with a fire pit! Everything we needed to cook with (pots pans dishes etc.) was fully stalked it exceeded my expectations for sure! The staff were amazingly helpful and very polite and pleasant to deal with. Travelling with a large family (6 of us) is so difficult with trying to stay all together but usually having to rent two separate rooms this was SO much space for all 6 of us. It truly was a home away from home! We will absolutely be returning!

The bathroom had some hair strands,in the sink and on the arm of the chair there was some press-on nails. Bed comfortable but too old plus the TV

The rooms were clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool was great for the kids.

The price was good for a two bedroom. grounds were well kept up.

The breakfast was really really bad.  I couldn’t eat it either morning. No laundry in the rooms.

The elevator broke down and we were in the fourth floor. The room key multiple times needed to be reprogrammed because it would stop working for no reason. The door to the room was broken and would not open and needed to be literally kicked in to open. Throughout the stay this was brought up to staff and not fixed.

The room was huge and beds were comfortable.

The pool was over chlorinated, the water was freezing cold and there was hair all over the pool area. It was gross. It definitely wasn't maintained daily.

Spacious room. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was a good size and not busy.

Waited a long time for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Was given a late check out but then housekeeping knocked on the door an hour and a half before that, waking me up

Very good location . Cozy suite and friendly staff.

The free hot breakfast was good. The size of the room, kitchenette with tableware and cutlery and full size refridgerator.

New $5 a day charge for parking. Waking up to marijuana smoke. Which isn't the property's fault and difficult to find the a**holes responsible.

The staff were very friendly and the room we had was more spacious than I expected. I was also very satisfied with how clean the kitchenette was specially the refrigerator.

The breakfast menu needs more choices. Checking if there are clean towels in the swimming pool should be done more often or at better time intervals.

Breakfast was pretty bland, but toast and juice was fantastic.

Breakfast could have been a little better, but other than that, it was an amazing place. We will be back
