Tres bel etablissement PROPRE et CONFORTABLE.
Nous sommes restées coincée 1h30 devant notre porte, pas de personnel a disposition tout automatique ou via internet. Personne pour nous aider !

Great location; right at the beach, multiple restaurants and shops around the corner, has a pool and hot tub! Rooms where clean and had sufficient amenities.

Room is located at the walkable distance from the lake, just across the street. Very easy to access and well maintained rooms with oven and refrigerator. Overall the experience was great. Also close to Sand Harbor around 20min drive. We also received all the information over message and call to access the room as it is self check-in and check-out but everything was so smooth.
Nothing major. May be the forms to fill before and during check-in could be reduced :)

The view was great, and it was very clean, and updated
There was no air conditioning and it got very hot. And the walls are very thin so it was extremely noisy, since it was located on a busy road (and there were a lot of kids). Needless to say we didn't get much sleep, and left a night early

What a great value of a place! We appreciated the room with a great view, it had everything we needed. They answered our texts very promptly when we needed something. The bed was also very comfortable. I also liked that they had a table and two chairs in the room.
Way too many texts, emails, and calls before arrival. It felt a bit intrusive. Checking out was easy though, thank god!

very clean and comfortable and warm with a nice fire
there is a kitchen of sorts but no equipment apart from paper plates and plastic knives and forks so not easy to do our own breakfast. not realising when booking they have a online access system , no one on site , which is very difficult to do when you have no internet , you get so many messages to fill in forms , leave a deposit before you get an access code to room , we are only passing through this area on a trip so will not be back this way but this system would but me off booking again

Firelite Lodge is in the perfect location for visiting the many ski resorts in North Lake Tahoe. The size of the room was incredible and the fireplace + the views of the lake were perfect. The staff were also exceptional and offered a top quality service.

Contactless check in is great. The room was clean, spacious and felt freshly renovated.
Strange language around arrivals after 9 PM confused me a lot. Booking listing said the property had to confirm late check in, but there never is any front desk on site and everything is contactless.

There was no elevator and even if this was in your description, it was not emphasized. it was hard going up & down with heavy luggages!
