Very nice staff, clean facilities, excellent breakfast, very fresh food.

The coffee was weak. Lol. Sounds petty, but that was about our only complaint.

The location is on the outskirts of the city and in close proximity to the highway. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet

The heating unit could be connected to a thermostat so it wouldn't run all night.

Location was great 👍. Bed was comfortable. Staff was accommodating.

Bathroom light was not working. Bathroom fan did not work. You need to do better with breakfast. I believe for the money you collect on single night stays you could afford to have decent eggs.

Good variety for breakfast. Hot dishes were hot and cold offers were cold. Convenient hours for breakfast, for us. Very clean and quiet.

AC blowing up the curtains

We recognize the construction, but there was garbage left behind by the builders. There should be a recycling station for bottles for everyone who visits the property. We must all do our share. How can the facility reduce use of plastics?

Cleaner hallway please

Did not appreciate the phone call at 10:59 while trying to get in wedding dress saying I was late. I think a 30minute window aftercheck out is reasonable

Floors are filthy, common areas are dirty and in poor repair, no coffee in the rooms, there was in reception but it can be fairly old. Fronts onto a major highway and there's little sound protection so it can be pretty noisy. There is nothing much around it for services unless you drive. The rooms are tired but otherwise ok.
