Location was good. The room was nice.

The dinning area is too small and not well designed for buffet breakfast. The staff for the breakfast took spoons out of my hands from no where. Should be signage explaining not to cross contaminate food with spoons. It would save staff's time and frustration from having to clean utensils. The rooms were damp and way to cold. Even to our clothes were wet from the dampness of the room. Plus the room floors were extremely dirty.

Nice and clean. Renovated washrooms and rooms. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast time should be till 10 for weekdays also.

Location - easy to find

Floor was very very cold and clammy in the room. Asked about housekeeping moving into our second day and was confirmed that it is completed daily but room was not cleaned. Mentioned again upon checking out that room was not cleaned and clerk just smiled and said ‘ok.’ Felt like they didn’t care whatsoever. Second room of family we were staying with was cleaned so like ours was forgotten and they didn’t seem to care. We appreciate staying where we feel welcomed rather than just a money grab.

The reason I gave a lower rating was that we were situated across the hall from where the complementary breakfast was served and very close to main reception. I could hear every beep from the waffle maker timer, all the conversations, all the doors opening and closing. I just wish that the door to that room was closed to block some of the noise. Our room did smell a bit.of smoke but.that might have been seeping in from outside. Other than that everything was satisfactory. The location was perfect.
