The breakfast was very good and there was no shortage of food.
We would have liked to be on the ground floor as my wife is not to stable on her feet, and I have had both knees replaced and the right one twice , making climbing stairs difficult. but we managed.

It was comfortable and quiet. The included breakfast was good. The location was handy.
There was no elevator and for seniors, it was a chore getting our cases up to the second floor room.

Had photo ID health card but because I didnt have a driver's licence or age of majority card I couldn't complete the booking and then I had a friend offer to use his license I was told they were sold out but yet I still had the room reserved. Because of that I ended up having to buy and sleep in a tent. Not the romantic night I planned to have with my spouse. Very unhappy and not satisfied with this comfort Inn. In the future I'll just continue to use port hope location because they took us in with arms wide open. They were wonderful, maybe they could teach you a thing or two.

Very convenient. Very accommodating to find us a quiet room since there were many young hockey players in the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean.

It was very clean and comfortable. Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Did not have the breakfast but it looked okay.
No complaints for the hotel. But if you want a cab to take you anywhere book in advance!. No Ubers in the area. Took us over an hour to get a cab!

The breakfast did not have very many options, there was no croissants, bagels, nor was there any cream cheese or fruit, which is unheard of at a hotel, even a motel would have those things.
I was travelling for work with my partner and I had to call front desk three separate times throughout the evening from 8 o’clock at night till midnight because of the noise in the building with kids running up and down the hallways doors slamming. I did not get a significant amount of sleep and was completely exhausted the next day. I mentioned this to reception when I was leaving the next day and not even a discount or a partial refund on my stay was offered, which is unacceptable when I paid a lot of money. I will not be returning.
