it’s close to the fairgrounds and is a good value

it’s a bit noisy , single pane windows let highway noise in the room, get taller toilets

The rooms were comfy and the breakfast was good.

I booked multiple rooms under the impression that I would pay the total amount listed online, turns out each room had a deposit fee of $100. Definitely more than I had anticipated for the booking. Later that evening during check-in, there was a notice that hot water would be shut off between the hours of 8am-8pm the following day. I really wish they would have notified their guests beforehand of the water issue, so I could have canceled the reservations and went somewhere else.

sink in handicap room drained slowly. AC could be a little stronger

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was very nice and had gluten-free options.
