The suite was impeccable … as well as the grounds.

Great location- close to Scottsdale Fashion mall and 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Nice pool area, tennis courts and small outside bar
They give you a small coffee pouch for four cups of coffee for one day. After that, you have to buy coffee from their store.

Great amenities & very clean
The only negative thing I could say is, I wish the front desk attendant was more informative about all of the amenities the property has to offer. She was most concerned with presenting the pool rules and emphasizing that they are enforced.

The size of the Villa was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy a sisters Staycation. We had a blast!!!

Fantastic apartment, with large beds, and washing and drying facilities. As we were travelling around the South East, to have all of ur washing and drying done was great. For UK travellers, it took only 20-30 minutes to dry a full load!
The terrace was lovely for evenings.
Lovely pool area, plenty of sun loungers.
Several USB chargers
Air con was not great so we didn't sleep well.
The oven "hoods" were broken, so we could not enjoy the hot food.

The property was immaculately clean. The staff were so friendly. The rooms were enormous for 2 people.
I couldn’t fault the property.

Bath and kitchen towels were sparse and thin. Should provide coffee and filters. Gates to units slammed shut very loudly.

The bedroom on the first floor does not have much privacy and there is no bathroom on the upper floor .

The grounds are very clean . The resort is conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood.

The room was spacious & well appointed. We had all the items we needed & additional cooking items were available, upon request.
The room was immaculately clean. Even the smallest details were attended to. For example, the cords to the appliances were all neatly wrapped and bundled.
I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

the room was not great. when you open the door the sink is in your face. im sorry but a suite that small does not work. the furniture is outdated.

The exterior of the facility looked nice.
The room was in severe need of updating and remodeling. The layout, bathroom, furniture, etc. is very dated. The "Splash" wasn't able to server food because of a health inspection (scarey!)
