I got into a car accident and they are not replying back to me to wave a fee my Husban had surgery and is still in the hospital

They taco shop across the street was amazing.

The sheets and towels didn't smell clean. the room looked old

It was filthy. There were bad people walking the premises and staying in the hotel. We did not feel safe.

There was ample parking and staff was friendly/helpful. The air conditioning worked well even if it was an outdated model. There was a good amount of pillows.

The moment I opened the bedroom door, there was a strong musty smell like wet laundry left out for too long. It smelled moist, the carpet was moist, almost sticky.

They clean the room every day. Friendly staff.

Old and bad looking rooms, my room had placeholders in the wall without any frame on it, and the sink was cracked with a freen stain running in the crack. Room smelled stale whenever you first entered. Bad quality toileteries. Ruined both my and my daughter's hair. Air conditioning hadn't been started when we first got there which made me feel unwelcome. Constant wet floor sign in the hall dor 3 days straight from the leaking vending machine.

the entrance was fantastic but SOOOO deceiving in regards to how the room would look and be

the toilet made the room smell, the hotel room phone didn’t work, the shower didn’t drain and became a bath while you showered…someone banged on our door very early and tried to get in our room but we couldn’t call the front desk since the hotel phone didn’t work and then when I used my own device they took almost 20 minutes to answer after calling multiple times!

The staff was very accommodating and incredibly friendly. In addition, the beds were the perfect size, and incredibly comfortable. The property was clean, and sanitary. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay, and intend on visiting whenever I am in the area again.

The building was old and dirty. My room smelled old and musky You need a renovation it has good potential but it is outdated and the wall paper mold makes you feel like your in a motel 6

Location was great.

They did not let me know before running my payment that they were having a mandatory power outage from 10-4am. There was absolutely no power. We were placed on the 4th floor. Overall our stay was horrible. It looked clean but we could not tell because we had no light. The Toilet was broken and I cut my finger in the process of flushing. I’m sure it is pleasant when you have power. I’m not discrediting the hotel just wish it was handled better or we would have had the option to go elsewhere but he made sure to charge me before informing me. He even gave me the Wifi password, Gee thanks it worked great with the Tv that we could not turn on!

The distance away from Disneyland and the free shuttle

The bus said it was going to pick up people from Disneyland and didn't show up on time so I had to over it to the hotel luckily the hotel is only 10 minutes away so it's only $10

The toilet looks like it was given a quick wipe down. The whole hotel had leaks. Literally puddles. It was kind of scary considering how much water was coming down. The breakfast if that's what we will call it was horrible. The eggs were mush and the oatmeal had no flavor and tasted like carboard. They need to really revamp that whole place up.
