Room was large and clean. Location to ferry was great. Good restaurant on site.

no elevator to lower floor where the breakfast room is. Very difficult for people with knee issues The breakfast is very poor. Just muffins or bagels, hb eggs, yogurt. toaster waffles

The carpets felts extremely filthy. The breakfast facility were hard to find and didn't have many options. No hot food. Waffles or pancakes or oatmeal.

we stayed 4 nights and cleaning staff were amazing. Ricky’s restaurant on property was a relief so didn’t have to drive any distances for a supper & we had 1 breakfast (20% off)

old fixtures, smelled musty/mouldy when we arrived, had to keep window open a lot to clear out odours. TV was too old and often cable kicked out, bedside clock broken, no access to plugs at nightstand, had to charge things across room. Lamps could be updated with usb plugs. Continental breakfast was “cheap”… plain bread, cake muffins, crappy coffee,

The hot tub was not hot. It was barely warm.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. We only needed one bed, but there was a hide-a-bed and desk along with microwave and coffee maker in a separate space -this was not required for our stay, but it would have been great if we had kids or companions travelling with us.

We had to change rooms as the tv in first suite was not working. They did make the switch without hesitation to a room exactly the same a few doors down.

very close to the ferry terminal. i like to have a pool and hot tub available. rooms were clean and well stocked. the gentleman working at the front was very kind and helpful to all the guests.

the Ricky’s was not very good. i would avoid this. not much else within walking distance from what I could tell though. mattress could have been comfier.
