I wrote complain email and phoned to get the reply. Over a month with 4 emails sent, still ask me to wait for the reply.

they charged me one more night without my approval. they simply sent an email and then charged me in my card. After that no reply to my 4 emails

There wasn't really anything I liked.

Was told check in time was 3pm arrived for 3 and had to sit around for 30minutes as the room was not ready, staff didn't even appologize for the wait, that's 30 minutes of my precious life stollen from me. Requested upper floor when I booked, room provided was main floor, key cards would not work on exterior entrances, will not stay here again.

Great hotel that should be ranked a 4, not a 3. Golf course with driving range right across the road.

Never got to check in...

Too much trouble checking in...cash isn't an option it seems like?

Cleanliness poor (hairs around bathroom, tub didn’t look overly clean). Some staff are slow ;I’ve stayed numerous times and have found delays either in checking in or purchasing food. During my last stay had multiple issues. Housekeeping didn’t finish cleaning my room (sheets thrown about everywhere when I returned in the evening and room not cleaned even though I asked for housekeeping the night before) also toilet didn’t flush properly (flushed once but second time just didn’t do anything) mentioned to front desk when I left in the morning. Look like they tried to fix it but again second flush didn’t work upon returning. So they didn’t fix the toilet, didn’t do housekeeping and just took all the sheets off the bed. Not impressed

Well kept outdoors & inside. breakfast included. There are tons of vending machines and a little cafe/bar. there was a stovetop & dishes within the room. staff was friendly. the gym was open 24/7 & the pool looked clean.

the bathtub was not cleaned well/grout/discoloured, the rooms are a little tight and the dishes in the room were not well cleaned. the breakfast is pretty much eggs, and the pastries tasted stale.

The breakfast was very good with a large variety to choose from.

Noise level from outside, from cars and airplanes.

It was clean

The noise. They put us beside the elevator and across from the stairwell. There was a hockey tournament and we got no sleep. We asked to be moved and were told they were booked. When we came back after midnight from a stag and doe, it was the parents hanging outside our door that kept us up. The noise then started again at 6am

the pool floor cut all the kids feet when we told a maintenance guy he said they probably stayed in too long
