Bathtub & taps not very clean. Found stir sticks on the carpet. Night stand had drink smudges. Not a very good cleaning job

Good breakfast and it was quiet.

Booked online and front desk didn't know how to check us in, she made us pay in cash as a walk in. Checked in and we were given an uncleaned room until demanding a different one. Still haven't got our refund back from online booking, because of our experience, we will never stay at Comfort Inn again.

I can’t believe the service at this place. iv never been treated with such disrespect as a guest in my entire life ! The manager is on a power trip and does not care about the guests at all. I will be suing the comfort for the inconvenience and outright discreminartion against myself and outright fabrications he claims against me .

everything the staff are on an personal power trip what happens to the days when the guests were the main focuse of the hotel . it’s not my job as a guest to please the manager of an establishment.! I paid for a service and I expect to be treated and accommodated for that . never have I paid for a room and after an hour of been there been told I have to pay another 250$ or I have to leave for a security deposit. now I booked three bookings.com and I had a set price I checked in and paid that price before I even stayed there. my credit card was on file and then was told I just pay a security deposit for an early check on which injad rewuested to the hotel and was confirmed by the hotel threw email at no additional charges and then was told after I already paid and been there for an hour injad to pay additional 150$ for a half day or I had to leave but would not be refunded and then when I tried explaining or asking how this was even a thing and didn’t make sense the manager felt the need to call the police on me for simply proving my point and that he was wrong in the matter . I will be suing thins hotel and the manager for this huge inconvenience.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that the hot breakfast was available, when the website said it might not be due to covid restrictions. We were very pleasantly greeted when we arrived and the receptionist saw that I had some mobility issues and immediately suggested a more appropriate room, I really appreciated her consideration for my comfort.

The tub was a bit claustrophobic - it seemed smaller than most tubs and no grab bars which would have made me feel more secure balance wise. (I had emailed the hotel with that request, but apparently that message hadn't gotten through)

We need to request for everything. Hotel should educate ppl what need to ask for. No room cleaning was done as was not requested.

check out time was 11 am, breakfast ended at 9:30. Wished that that was at 11 am as well
