There were issues with check in even though it was prearranged and elevators were broken making going to our room on the ninth floor incredibly difficult

There was no breakfast included at the hotel. Happy that grocery next door, pizza store close by and Starbucks and McDonalds. We were happy hotel was pet friendly but pet fee was quite high. VERY happy for pool and Jacuzzi. Odd that there were no showers in pool area. Happy for free parking and accessible trolleys to get bags in and out.

Movies were $25. WAY too much! Staff told us they will soon get rid of that over priced service. We liked environmental request to not have maid service during our stay but there should be a discount to encourage and reward this. Also there should be a place to toss garbage on your own if no maid service. Did we miss the garbage shoot? We would have appreciated a microwave in the room a lot, esp with a kid.

Some nice amenities, eco friendly toiletries and a bidet seat.

The restaurant was understaffed and menu was very limited. A sign of the times.....

overpriced especially with the hotel being older and outdated. There isn’t many hotel options in this location.

I left a note at the desk for the manager. I suggested that if you want clients to decline cleaning daily, (which is an excellent idea) you need more towel racks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Also, with an aging population, the bathtub setup offers no hand hold or safety bars - nothing but a shower curtain which makes slipping very risky. The tub mat is hidden behind hanging hand towels. Table surfaces were missed, drink rings and a bit sticky. (mostly it's the safety feature to prevent falls that should be of the greatest concern.

I like how clean the place is. How friendly the staff were and the housekeeping, maintenance staff. The room was tidy and clean. The bidet was a treat. WiFi was strong and connected well. Location was centre of the city which was very accessible. Overall, The best for money.

The fitness centre is missing a few pairs or a piece of dumbbells, equipment and bench;the whirlpool jets seems not to be working as well as the sauna, or I did not bother asking the front desk. The hotel is built I think in the 80s or so, I find it should adopt to new technologies like Bluetooth, and USB adaptors for plugins like phone and tablet.
