Grounds and building were neat and tidy. Overall clean.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa. Colazione inclusa. Struttura in zona non centrale ma comunque vicino alla stazione della metropolitana.
Colazione servita in un ristorante limitrofo (abbastanza varia ma con un servizio che lascia un po’ a desiderare - tavoli con tovaglie sgualcite o sporche) . Moquette in camera. La camera era al piano terra e richiedeva pertanto di tenere sempre chiuse le tende, ma il problema maggiore è dato dal fatto che le finestre non si possono aprire (odore di chiuso nelle stanze) . Prezzo più basso rispetto ai prezzi della città (ma comunque un po’ alto per quanto offerto)

Hotel fuori Vancouver ma collegata bene con i mezzi ( fermata metro a 800 mt), presenti molti ristoranti e supermercati nelle strette vicinanze. Camera spaziosa e pulita, ma nulla di eccezionale. Colazione disponibile nel ristorante di fronte all' hotel, abbastanza varia con macchine per pancake e waffel.
Molto simpatia e disponibile la ragazza della reception. Vano lavanderia pulito e fornito di quel che serve.
Stanza un po' antiquata.

El hotel estaba cerca a vías de acceso a Vancouver. Práctico.
Las almohadas poco cómodas, el vecindario no era muy bonito.

Nette kamer met voldoende parkeergelegenheid en op een kleine 10 minuten lopen van de Skytrain halte naar Vancouver.
Nog best een rit naar Vancouver, maar dit was niet terug te zien in de prijs van het hotel. Prijs/kwaliteit viel ons daarom iets tegen.

The reception and staff were excellent. Very clean facility very convenient place, accessible to all. The breakfast was so excellent. The staff in the kitchen were friendly. When I go to BC I will choose Bestwestern especially their location in Burnaby BC.

I stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned our room once after my request personally at the front desk. I had to request toilet paper and clean towels when we got back on the 4th night.

Breakfast was very good and varied. We took the sky train to gas town and it was an easy 10 minute walk and easy to buy tickets and board the train. The bed was comfortable and room clean.
Lighting in the room a bit brighter. Location was a bit difficult for what we wanted but the sky train was accessible which was good.

Breakfast was good, average selection. Room was ok, cramped with two suitcases. Having a separate table with 2 chairs was a good touch. Room was clean.
Noise outside the room, high pressure water blaster on the weekend. Not good. We brought this to the attention of reception.

Bathrooms are a bit outdated. Hot water runs out quickly in the evenings. Cleaning staff could pay more attention.

Friendly helpful staff
I had a wake-up call I scheduled personally with the front desk for 3:40 AM Thursday, May 11th, 2023, and it was never made, putting me at great risk for missing my early-morning flight that morning.

The location and the staff. The staff were so friendly and accomodating.
There was a weird smell in our bedroom. They cleaned it again and even tried to deodorize it but it was still there. The kitchen is so small and there weren't drinking glasses provided.

Nice quiet room at the back - parking nearby and an EV charger for my hybrid. Had to leave early, so I missed the great breakfast - but really good coffee maker in room.
