Clean, Lots of room, comfortable beds, pleasant staff.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. In fact we had to ask for several things that were not laid out (no knives, no butter, no jam or peanut butter, no milk or juice, no toast, no cereal except instant oatmeal.

Horrible customer service l. Requested a non smoking room and they did not accommodate. Extremely dirty and smelling of smoke.

At door of outside drive up to room ..was full of earwigs…… Then Opened the door to room to trip into a step down musty room, ants crawling on bed, flies flying around room and a burn in the comforter, 1 face cloth and 2 hand towels and 2 larger towels to a room for 4 people but we had only 2 people, so that was so so… Bed felt hard as rock and did not see bugs in bed but we felt like they were there because of the ants situation. Could not get a good sleep because of that. They tried to charge more for room because we got queen bed when we requested double on booking…when we got there at 10:30 pm we said no to that queen side bed charge…. Breakfast was a bag with bottle water and and apple and granola bar, for the 2 of us…

When I was double charged they were quick to fix the issue.

The room was run down and unclean. The carpet felt damp. The beds were so so hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and awful. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, and the breakfast they say they have on the website doesn't exist. When I checked in they said they have a to go bag for breakfast and when we went to get it they said there isn't one. And the power went out and there was no security light/night light that came on so we were in complete darkness with 2 little scared kids.

The room was very clean and the staff accommodated us with our dog very kindly. The area to sit outside was kept mowed and also very tidy. And this was after a very busy weekend.

Breakfast ok, however coffee only offered on weekend.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Pillows good. TV nice. Bagged breakfast good. Wifi good.Fireplace unexpected and cozy. Fridge with freezer good. Tub and shower good. Hairdryer good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Neighbors quiet.

Step down into the room. No coffee in room. No drinking glasses. Only 1 tiny soap in bathroom. Reservation was for 3...to use the King bed and pull-out couch. But no sheets, pillows or blankets for the pullout couch and towel and washcloths only for 2 people. No bath mat. No sheets available when requested...but we were supplied with a quilt and a blanket and pillow for the couch and extra towels and cloth.
