It was old and needed a facelift. The outlet for the bathroom didn’t work and no hairdryer and no alarm clock. The pillows were worn and flat and the bedsheets looked worn. Coffee maker didn’t work. The exterior was in bad shape. We were on the top level and when walking on the deck it felt like it will collapse. Very disappointed for the price we paid and that was over $150.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were quick, friendly and efficient!

The doors are not toddler proof. Any child can quickly open the doors as the handles are just the pull down handles without any extra locks up top. Very unsafe.

The bed was not comfortable and smaller then what was listed! the room was very hot and took too long to cool down! We ended up leaving and went to a different hotel.

The staff at the hotel were so kind and the breakfast was so great. I had a very happy time because the room was clean and well organized. I'll definitely visit again next time.

Easy to get to right off highway. Nice clean white sheets and super comfortable beds. Deep soaker tub /shower combo which is nice compared to some tubs that only allow inches of water and then drains out the overflow. Overall one of the best stays we have found.

Room was very warm 78 degrees which I loved, my other half didn’t enjoy so much.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Nice TV.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and are the worse beds we ever slept on. The heating system made load noises throughout the day and night and woke us up at time. The shower had very poor water pressure. The room is dimly lit and the decor is old and of very low quality.

there was a noisy group there but the staff did respond to my complaint about the noise and resolved the problem.

This hotel was clean, quiet and all I needed for my weekend getaway,. I appreciate the hard work he staff did to make sure I was getting the best experience For the cost is was excellent and I will stay again.

I think it was awesome. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I don't have anything bad to say.

For a hotel in the "moderate" price range, Hotel Moncton offers more quality features than most. Their free breakfast is outstanding.

Breakfast is good

I hurt my ankle from bed frame. There’s a really sharp metal stuck out about 4 inches hiding in the darkness between bed and curtains. I got a deep cut wound, received orally “sorry” and 5 bandages from front desk. Didn’t heard anything from manager that how to solve the problem. I use the bandages covered my wound and the sharpe metal corner, hope no one will get hurt again. In the after two days, I made over 30 phone calls to try to find a clinic to get a tetanus shot, failed. Then spend 8 hours waiting in emergency to get the shot. Such a great experience! But good thing is the shape metal cut me, not my kids.

So glad we could bring our dog. Staff were so friendly. It was a busy weekend and We still felt well taken care of. Great hot breakfast!

It was hard to find a table at breakfast time but that was not the fault of the hotel…
