Great view, comfy bed and room, awesome location and wonderful staff. Hats off to Jacob at reception, Tanya in the restaurant and Shawna in the pub, awesome service. The cleaning staff also get kiddos, hard workers.

We travelled for a special date for the two of us and the management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The view of the lake is beautiful and the staff at Don Cherry’s bar took good care of us. Only thing is when you have an appy to share why is it 5 pieces and not 6.

it was absolutely stunning !!! we had a view of the lake and it was breathtaking. it’s also close to downtown , maybe 5-10 mins depending where you wanna go in town. The pier is right next to hotel with a wonderful park as well !!

the pillows are the cheap fibre filled and they make sleeping very sweaty. I stayed at another Prestige in Nelson BC and had the same problem.

The room was beautiful! An easy walk to restaurants and shops. And the indoor/outdoor pool was a nice treat for a snowy night.

very clean, great location, comfortable we were able to check in early which was good.
really missed hotel offering coffee in the lobby like so many other hotels. Restaurant did not open in morning until 7:30 AM
and had to get additional coffee packets at front desk in order to have a second cup in morning.
We checked in early and would have been nice to get a drink or coffee at hotel but restaurants not open early

The pool was great, beds comfortable, room/building clean. Staff were amazing to deal with, front desk offered to bring up coloring supplies for my 4 year old daughter.

Property was a little out of the way but not too bad.
The hot water in our bathroom did not work also the heat in our room didn’t work. Restaurant was busy but there were seats available but we were turned away due to staffing issues.
