The pool.

The Hotel is dated for the location, and overpriced- none of the equipment in the gym worked. The bed mattress had a dip in it big enough to roll into and “the room” even though the hotel advertises that it’s a none smoking- smelled like old cigarette smoke covered by paint .

Breakfast was okay typical fare, very clean. Front desk staff (John Henry, exceptional).

Always wish the prices could be better for: senior, veteran etc.

The breakfast selection was adequate, fresh and clean.

The false accusation of smoking inside was offensive to me as I don't smoke.

The front desk agent was friendly.

The cleanliness of the room. I found candy wrapper by the phone and trash on the carpet. I also found hair in the tub.

The mattress was hard. I had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was dust on the bathroom door and tube wall were dirty.

Excellent customer service, fantastic breakfast, and the management team is very professional had an opportunity to speak with John he is a excellent representation of the company.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly
