The room is nice and the location is great! The staff are very friendly, Nene the staff introduced me to a lot of great places in Fort McMurray and tips for viewing the northern lights!

Clean, quiet, recently-updated rooms with comfortable beds and pillows and a bathroom with a fan were some of the highlights of this hotel. It’s located very near to all kinds of amenities and easy to find within the city and travel to. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and the woman who checked us in went out of her way to assist us with a booking error that we had made. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, and several dining options, as well as groceries, are within easy walking distance. Despite being on a main road and across from a school, we found that the room itself was quiet and there were no disturbances. Best of all is the extremely reasonable price.
We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
No elevators could prove to be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Reception staff very helpful, came to help through doors with luggage. She also offered & carried my suitcase up the stairs after I checked in. (I have had a recent double knee replacements.)
Room & facility very clean
No elevator a bit of an issue but I managed. When I was coming down to check out another guest saw I was struggling on stairs & carried my suitcase down.

The staff were amazing!! Very friendly and accommodating! Lemon was especially great. She always had a smile on her face and was always helpful. Great value for your money! The location is also excellent. It's within walking distance to everything.
