Nice breakfast buffet. Airport shuttle is good. Room was OK, beds comfortable.

No bell desk to help with luggage. Elevators are agonizingly slow. Bathroom has a very low ceiling. The room and bathroom was old and tired. Parking expensive $50+ per night

El personal excelente muy amable respondieron de manera inmediata a los requerimientos, el hotel es remodelado hace poco y está en excelente estado, las suites son grandes y confortables. me gustó la infraestructura del hotel, muy bien cuidado, los desayunos buffet son saludables y el refrigerio en la tarde que incluye dentro del costo me parece una excelente opción.

El servicio de limpieza pese a que solicité que hagan a diario porque me alojé 4 días tuve que insistir porque un día no lo hicieron, adicional el día que si limpiaron no estaba bien hecho, estaban platos y mesones sucios y desordenados en la habitación, reclamé en la recepción y enseguida solucionaron, no tenían el servicio de lavandería pese a que pregunté varias veces y en cuanto a los desayunos deberían variar porque todos los días fue la misma fruta, pancakes, panes, etc. no había variedad sin embargo es comida buena, fresca y saludable.

Was all good. Only slight issue in that room wasnt cleaned one day (rubbish emptied and towels replaced) . We also had 4 people staying and were only given 3 towels, requsted an additional towel but still didnt get one. Not a big deal though Breakfast selection was very good

Very close to the airport. We stayed here because of flight connection. It is perfect for this reason. We arrived late and left early in the morning. Comfortable beds.

Shuttle service. We had issues getting complimentary car from airport to hotel upon our arrival. On our way back to the airport, we were waiting outside for the shuttle to leave at the posted time and then found out it wasn’t running. The bath mat was dirty. There were French fries in the microwave. The white bed cover was stained in numerous spots.

All good , but a bit costly for a single pensioner not to have single room but have to pay for a twin suite , especially when converted to AUS$ ( plus tax added to )

Everything was exactly as stated in the pictures! My family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break. Enjoyed daily breakfast omelette’s cooked to order. The breakfast was great, lots of variety! The staff was friendly. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

The hotel is newly renovated, you can tell by the crisp clean smell. I like how the sustainability and environment friendly the facilities. The restaurant was very good and so is the breakfast buffet. Security of the guests were also prioritized.

The balcony was more like an airway not a balcony. I don’t think it should be advertised as a balcony you can’t fit out there.

kein fenster - und das für über 200$ shuttle bus vom airport zum hotel muss per telefon bestellt werden - 30min sollte es dauern, 50min hat es gedauert. da könnte man schon 2x selbst hingehen, wenns denn möglich wäre frühstück....naja amerikanisch eben. laut, voll, pappbecher, wasser schmeckt, als hätte man es aus dem pool geholt...

Me hubiera gustado limpieza en mi habitación me quedé 7 noches y solo lo hicieron 2 veces y solo limpiaron el baño

The room was great. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The best of it was the Crepes and the people cooking them. I loved them. The regular buffet turned repetitive the third day. The hotel is very close to the airport. It's not noisy at all. I'm returning to this hotel in a month. I liked it a lot.

The last morning I woke up at 7:30 AM (I went to sleep at 3:30 AM) because there was a construction going on at the ceiling. It was too noisy. I really hated it. I also hate being charged 150 USD per reservation for the "nightly incidental deposit" thing. Id rather keep the credit card open and if something happened at the room I get charged the amount they need instead of getting charged at the beginning of a stay.

La disposition des suites est agréablement surprenante. On entre dans un salon, avec un sofa que l'on peut convertir. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La chambre est séparée du salon par une porte, qui permet également de couper le bruit.

Le prix du parking est élevé 40$ par jour. C'est exagéré. L'organisation du petit déjeuner et du HH pourrait sans doute être améliorée pour éviter aux clients de faire la queue.

The room was dirty. The bathroom tub was full of hair. Also, there were no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. And the last thing, the room was short a blanket and it took over an hour to get one up to the room.

The hotel charged me TWICE for the NOT staying in the hotel because the hotel was overbooked! I arrived 10/21 at 23:00! They didn’t have rooms available and asked all customers to cancel the booking! And paid the taxi fore to give me a ride to the Sheraton hotel! I asked for the confirmation later and got nothing, I called to the customer service and got nothing, I called to booking.com service center and still got nothing! I kindly ask you to refund my money.

Close to Airport but as it is an airport hotel that is an own goal.

The place reminded us of a high security prison. Dark and depressing. Some lighting in the building would have helped and the music was loud and the style random. Certainly far from welcoming or relaxing. Staff were disinterested and dismissive. We were in for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day. We asked for clean towels but these were never delivered. It took us 30 mins to check out as they could not get the bill correct. A huge line of other quests was forming behind us with only one person own the counter. A thoroughly forgettable experience. After being a loyal customer of Hilton I am changing brands. Hilton hotels across the world are all falling into disrepair with little to no investment being spent on them.
