They charged $30 for self parking! Did not see this in description or would have gone elsewhere as not that special. Staff half friendly. Refrigerator in room was noisy and didn't work.

I upgraded to a room with patio or balcony. I was given a room without that and before the valet could unload our luggage, I called the front desk and was given a terrible time about changing my room - receptionist blamed booking.com and even though I could show her the rez she wouldn't change the room - finally someone else did and comped us a breakfast. BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DRIVE A CAR HERE, NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE CHARGED $30 A NIGHT FOR PARKING, BUT THE HOTEL IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE FAIRGROUNDS AND RACE TRACK - TO REACH THE LEFT OR RIGHT TURN (FROM THE OTHER DIRECTION) TOOK OVER AN HOUR - NOT KIDDING - ALL ENTRANCES TO HOTEL WERE BACKED UP ONTO FREEWAY BOTH DIRECTIONS AND SIDE STREETS. If you use booking.com make sure you have your rez number AND pin number - otherwise you won't be able to reach anyone if you have trouble.

The location was good, the room had good design.

The rooms need upgraded, also deep cleaned. A lot of spider webs, chipped paint, the shower head was rusty. The pack n play had a hole in it and was pretty dirty, didn’t even want my baby to lay in it.

I like the room it is very clean. A clean room is one of the most important criteria for a hotel. I was worried about the dust on the ground if I walk in room without any shoes or slipper, they will stick on my feet. But I didn't feel it, that's the part I love. The room I booked is for two people, but I travel alone so it was very comfy for me.

There's nothing I don't like about it. The hotel meets its star rating.

I could not get in in my room 2 times. Handle was not working properly. I had to come back to the front office two times.

The front desk staff were really aloof and rude, plus loud bar next to check in area didn’t help matters. The rooms are outdated, halls smelled like someone sprayed cheap perfume in excess. I guess they don’t have to try hard when you have a good location.
