Great pub !
No air conditioning and it was very hot.
No breakfast available at the hotel, but staff pointed us in the direction of a nice restaurant a few blocks down the street.

All staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. I also like that it has a boutique feel to it...not too big and yet it has a restaurant also.
I have fragrance sensitivities so I found the air freshener or something in the halls a bit too strong.

Easy to walk downtown. Nice to drink downstairs and stumble up to bed.

Thermostat worn off so couldn't set heat properly. No fan in bathroom so it got too steamy and humid in the room. Light burnt out in hallway. Wish the sauna worked!

I enjoyed my dinner at the pub: it was well prepared and reasonably priced. Having the pub as part of the facility makes it very convenient and enjoyable.
I have stayed at Howe Sound Inn on a number occasions because of it's proximity to Whistler. On previous occasions, breakfast was included, which was not the case this time. Overall, I found the price somewhat high.

The room that they gave us was directly beside the pub and we can hear the music and couldnt sleep properly. Dont get room 1 and room 20. It is the worst room available.

Poor soundproofing from other rooms and old furniture. We paid higher rate for a ‘superior room with views’; you can definitely see The Chief, but the view is not very nice with a street and a lot in between the hotel and the mountain.

No breakfast service. It apparently was eliminated two years ago (since our last stay) with COVID as the excuse.
