it was perfectly located with a variety of amenities and cozy comfortable town house

not tons of kitchen supplies late check im (4) with early check out (11) but I understand its a housekeeping thing

It was clean and fairly close to home. Well located in Parksville

The beds were beyond uncomfortable. Every cabin should have its own BBQ. Wi-Fi, although not a major thing, was very slow.

Very comfortable, clean, an abundance of towels and all kitchen necessities provided. It had a feeling of home away from home. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also a pool table, tennis court and children’s park on site. Lovely inclusive vibe here.

I can find no downsides to this property though if you were looking for a quiet place, it might be fairly busy with families at busy times of the year and long weekends.

Very welcoming nice touch upon checking in room lights on and fire place was on . Very warm and inviting.

Pool hours could be extended in the evenings for adults, never got to use. And location of entrance is awkward as you have to go into the lobby of the property to access.

The venue. Beach acres is wonderful. The pool, beach, close to town. Wonderful Parksville.

The cabin was nice, but a little dirty. Dirt, fluff and dried leaves and pine needles were under the carpet and furniture. Of course, it is a forest cottage so I guess it goes together. And we purposely got a pet friendly and the doodle only came for 1/2 a day. Haha

We brought our own breakfast. None provided for us.

Needed Two bathrooms…one on each floor. More clothes hangers. Better parking on the bottom level especially for those with a disability would be beneficial.

Location next to the beach, large lawn / play area in front of units, fire pits with chairs, BBQ, renovation & condition of the cottage. It’s unique from what I can see compared to other beach accommodation for location and common areas, perfect for families.

The front door is hard to open when the door is closed to hard (mechanism).

Loved the location! Grounds and area kept very clean and easy to use. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the ability to have free wifi and cable tv. The free coffee in the unit was very good.

The beds could be better, mattresses are not as firm as they could be. Written instruction or indication as to how to make the coffee for the amount of coffee in the free packet would be helpful.

Too steep to walk to the beach !

Great location; units are older but well kept with everything you need...felt very safe with good Covid procedures in place...great beach access and lots if trails close by for walking...enjoyable experience and would visit again.
